This place is great. Multiple menus, and tons of seating. Food is fresh and tasty. Can’t wait to come back and try more. We tried the kimbap, honey Korean fried chicken, and the tonkatsu curry bowl this go-round with 0 regrets. The way this place is set up, you have so many different food options. You also have direct access to Peter’s Kitchen next door.

First, I wanna say congrats to Peter for this new spot. Wow! Such a cool food spot. It’s connected to Peter’s kitchen. It’s crazy too because theirs three different registers. One for boba, one for the rice and Japanese pasta foods, and another for the fried chicken and other food choices. I couldn’t even choice. I ended up getting tonkotsu curry with omelet rice, girlfriend got gimbop and honey wings. Damn! Soooo yummy. Can’t wait to come back cause I know what I’m getting next 🙂

Three different restaurants in one, like a food court, but classy and the food is authenticly delightful! I had the spicy pork bibimbap and my husband had the torikatsu rice bowl. There so many foods to choose from! And peters kitchen looks authentic Hawaiian food, that’s what we are trying next time. Very yummy place to eat!

I have a severe amount of love for Peter’s because of the quality food seemingly out of place in Silverdale. This Pop Up Kitchen location was a welcome addition to try different things from different restaurants in a small space. The concept is similar to Asian street markets and Hawker stalls we know and love. The problem is that this felt clunky. If I order at one location, why can’t I order a beverage? When I get a number tag from one location, why do I get another number tag if I try another spot only to be left with three number tags after trying one of everything? Why can’t I eat food at Peter’s that’s on the menu simply because it’s on the menu in the Pop Up Kitchen?

Really hip “food hall” concept with delicious offerings! We’ve been loyal customers for a while – everything Peter does has a unique twist and this is no exception.

I wanted soooo bad for this place to be a homerun like peters kitchen, but here is my Korean wife and my honest breakdown:

It was my first time to visit this restaurant, and it was amazing experience. Food was tasty and flavory. I personally like they have tons of food options and dessert options as well. I definitely visit here again, and so excited to try other dishes soon!

The general theme of pop up kitchen would be a food hall, each with its own kitchen, and section; they korean comfort foods and finger foods, asian fusion pasta, japanese ricebowls and curry bowls, and a boba bar (my favorite) so refreshing. Only restaurant like this in KItsap County

Tonkatsu rice bowl and Gyu curry bowl. Both were fantastic. Dining area was clean. So many options of food to choose from. It’s definitely a repeat place.

Amazing gochujang tomato cream and a garlic butter karage pasta dishes from Pa-su-ta, with boba tea from boba buddies! Boba was boba, but the pasta was something else, absolutely amazing and huge dishes for 15ish bucks.
