We love Ponko! So happy they added an Athens location. I’m vegetarian and I appreciate that they have great veggie options. My favorite is the veggie patty, fries, slaw, salads, i want to try the tofu tenders. My husband loves the chicken, tacos and hotdogs. Can’t beat that crispy breading and sauces. Everything we had was delicious.

The food is great, I enjoy eating here. However, they’ve closed early about 3 times that I’ve tried to eat here. I’ve been there at least an hour before the closing time posted on the door every time, yet the chairs are up and lights are off. No signs on the door mentioning short staffed or what not. Please stop doing this, or at least give reasons on the door.

Love this place so much. Easy to order, delicious, the sandwich was so good, the tenders with og sauce so good had it with fries and rice, really loved the rice. Chicken was hot and crunchy, there tacos are also good. Easy for places to mess up rice but theres was up to perfection. Will be back soon. Very nice presentation and atmosphere.

Been talking PONKO chicken up to my wife for years, but haven’t had one near enough to try. This location didn’t disappoint. Flavors will the same delicious that I remember from the one that closed years ago in Stone Mountain, but this one added some additional flare to the dishes. Five star presentation at a much lower cost. We will be coming back!!!

Every time we eat at Ponko it feels like a family the food is amazing and the flavors is on point. But Atmosphere is what I love the most . Definitely gonna try the wings they are crazy good the lemon pepper is lit they are the best in athens go to Ponko if you want family fun and great food and ask Lawrence to hook you up with the sauce.
