The food was very good and we were served pretty quick after we ordered. Steaks and burger were cooked the way we ordered. We just had to wait for someone to take our order and had to ask for my mushrooms a couple of times. But, our waitress, Hannah, seemed to be doing everything. She is a very hard worker. Also, very pleasant.

Eh.. Sure has gone downhill since I was last there years ago. Prices for what you get are high. Foods just average but the service was good. Not too impressed with the small bathrooms as my Dad is in a wheelchair and it was very hard for him to use. Buffet lacks any luster as well. Food is generic.

My sister and I Went there around 3:30pm on a Wednesday. We were craving for a good salad bar. We were so disappointed. The lettuce was brown and disgusting. My sister asked the one worker for fresh lettuce. The manager brought a bowl out and it was the same disgusting look. She said that’s the way they got it in..brown and slimy. The rest of the buffet food was horrible. The only Thing that was to od was the ice cream. We will never go back there again.

I am shocked there are not more positive reviews! If you want something classier than a $10.50 all you can eat buffet, then don’t eat here, what do you expect, but if you love classic buffets, then you will love this place! All I ever get is the all-you-can-eat buffet, and I’d say I probably eat $35.00 of food for the ten dollar cost. Can start with a salad plate, go back for some chicken/turkey/potato salad/vegetables, go up again for tacos, again for spaghetti, again for pizza & wings, and lastly for dessert! YUM

Clean, tasty and friendly! Plenty of parking and the buffet was good. The meatloaf was very tasty and the salad bar had a pleasant selection! The layered strawberry cream cake was very delicious! Soft served ice cream machine is also available.

Huge improvement over the last few months! New kitchen manager KNOWS what he’s doing, food in buffet is awesome now. If you didn’t like eating here before, try it again, I think you’ll be impressed as we were!

My husband, two sons and I just had dinner and we were very disappointed. The meal cost us $72.46 and the size of the two Monterey Chicken Dinners was smaller than a children’s meal. The lettuce on the salad bar was slightly brown and the peas were slimy. We have always enjoyed Ponderosa in the past, but I can say that after this we won’t be back.

A buffet of this magnitude for a low price of $11 is a steal!!! Great food, friendly staff. Every time headed to Buffalo or Falls we stop here. Never had a bad meal or experience. Highly recommend.

Worst restaurant I’ve ever eaten at. Gave my mom food poisoning and made me sick to my stomach. All of the buffet food was either room temperature or cold and the steak was mediocre at best (it was undercooked and didn’t look appealing to any extent). Very little variety at the buffet; salad lettuce was browning. Grandma choked on a carrot. All surfaces were uniformly sticky and the most optimistic critic would deem the interior design as tacky. How is this place still open?
