I’ve visited this venue several times over the last decade— however this is the first time in quite a stretch… Was in attendance to celebrate The Annual Freedom Fund Luncheon of the Lakeview Branch of the NAACP. It’s a nice venue with comme ci comme ca eats and menu of appetizers that make up for the main course. What’s ALWAYS most important to me, is the wait staff—. And these guys were right on par❣️

One of the better restaurants in the area –the food is always good and often great. Their Prix Fixe is an amazing value and the waiters are all incredibly nice. It tends to attract an older crowd, and the whole place feels very old school, but in a charming way.

Food portions were generous. But, nothing stood out in terms of taste. Which, was disappointing. Hair was found in a customer’s dinner. Which means someone in the kitchen may not have worn a hair net. If, their skimping on little regulations, what else is a miss in the kitchen. This safe to say ruined my appetite. The facility’s decorum on a whole, is pretty special. Whether you’re inside or out, bathroom stalls are tiny and hard to move around. There is valet parking. But, we had to wait long in the cold for our vehicle. I for one won’t be returning.

I’ve always wanted to dine here because the atmosphere always seem fun and exciting. It was everything I’d hope for. Everything clean, including bathrooms, beautiful chandeliers and food was hot and delicious. I love Italian food. So happy my cousin chose this venue to have her father’s 80th birthday celebration. Staff helpful and friendly too.

Went for a bridal shower in the smaller banquet room. Overall very very nice. Venue was a little dated and the music from the neighboring birthday party in big banquet hall was a little overwhelming. Would think that they’d have the noise level issue down to a science considering the looks of how long they’ve been around …
