I can’t say enough good things about this place, it’s one of our absolute favorites and I love it sooooo much. The seafood selection and presentation is absolutely off the charts here and their birria is delicious. The staples like rice and beans and chips are next level. The remodeling they’ve been doing is also amazing and really adding to the quality of the experience. We love this place!!!!!

Great authentic Mexican in the Boise area. The main dishes are seafood, but they have other things as well: the beans and rice was exceptional! The sauces were actually spicy. The tortillas seemed homemade. I had the four taco place and couldn’t eat the all.

I’m having a hard time articulating just how good this hidden gem is. I’ve had Mexican seafood all across the Gulf and South Western United States. Pollos y Mariscos El Guero makes the best I’ve ever tasted. I’m not Blowing Smoke…cannot wait to return.

If you know about octopus, then let me tell you that it is perfect here. Family owned and ran so they all work together to make things happen. Amazing food, and drinks hit the soul. Thank you again, felt so at home. From TX heading to seatac Washington, highly recommend. Till next time.

Amazing food and service! We were hesitant to try this place because it doesn’t have a lot of reviews but it was so good and so worth it! Ordered camarones cucaracha and the tostada Jalisco. Everything was delicious! The micheladas looked even better but didn’t get to try one this time around. Will definitely be back!

What a pleasant culinary trip! The ceviche tower was amaziiing! The special drink decorated with grilled octopus and shrimps l never saw something like that! Served in this authentic mug and sprinkled with pepper for extra heat. Even the simplest grilled fish tacos here were specially delicious better than Phoenix, San diego or Miami! The salsas boom! And the cherry on the top the singer who made our dinner an immersive fun experience. I hope they get a second bigger place ♥️ And l can’t wait to come back!!

Came here on a Friday night and it was busy! We were seated immediately and the service was attentive given the crowd. I had the fajitas with shrimp and chicken and it was very good. My wife had the seafood salad with several different fish. The highlight were the excellent margaritas we had prior to dinner. I think this was good food and the service excellent.

This place was delicious. We just happened by it while aimlessly driving around looking for food. The food was delicious I didn’t get any pictures cause I was too focused on eating. Our waitress was super nice and personable and not just the fake kind. She actually took time to conversate and make our expirence wonderful.
