Shared takeout of a whole chicken and a platter (the latter I forgot to take a photo). Wow that chicken was so delicious. The hot sauce is impressively tasty too. I can easily see a fine dining place serving this in smaller portions for 10x the price and no one batting an eye.

Casual eating, prices are fair (not cheap but ..) Food is well done, a bit bland, needs more flavor. Clean place but screaming for a renovation, old tables and chairs. The Pucalor chicken is not what I expected, almost burned and no smoky or seasoned flavor. Rice and beans are good.

This place is fantastic for lunch combo meals and specials. The staff are friendly and quick with serving. The food is delicious and I enjoy going here for a quick bite. My favorite is Pucalor’s Special; which I posted a picture of here.

Nice place…but the chicken is way too salty, and so the dipping sauce is also super salty. I hope they can reduce the overall salt content. Also, not sure why they serve in paper plates even for dine in. This place has a lot more potential
