FALSE ADVERTISING ! there is not a single that it doesn’t disappoint me. Not sure why I keep coming back. Added avocado to a tropichop for $2,39 and they put 1 slice. Complained immediately and was told that is how it is. No it’s NOT ! avoid this location

I really don’t understand why this restaurants even exist. I didn’t have no choice. It’s my first time in yrs but things just got worse. Please people don’t waste your money on this restaurant. I ordered a quesadilla first of all was cold they made it and they don’t sell it so they give it to me. It was saggy. But ok. The flavor disgusting nothing. I also ordered a soup. I will throw it away. Disgusting is a insignificant word. Just saying. I can’t see future in this kind of restaurant if they continue with the nasty flavor and I hope people understand that this food it’s just horrible. Good day, happy new years!!! Every time I’ve been here the employees always have a great attitude and smile. Last time I was there the order took longer than excepting and have me a free drink. They really take care of the customers… and the food tastes great and it’s cheap! Highly recommend stopping in.

I went online and made an order for pick up and to my surprise when I got there at 9:35 they advised me that they were out of food. They had no chicken which was very surprising, nor did they have anything else on my order. They were kind and polite and said that they wouldn’t charge me however I already paid online. I called the 800# for customer service and gave them my order number.They said that they would give me a full refund which never happened. I’ve called back a few times to go over this and when you call all you get as a voice mail with a promise to call you back. That hasn’t happened either.

I often stop here on my way home from work. Several times they’ve screwed up my order through the drive-thru. I’ll get a tropichop and it will typically be missing ingredients I specifically ordered. In addition to that, this location is almost ALWAYS out of mojitos. One-time the server and the manager swore up and down they’ve never heard of it and they’ve never sold them at that location. Even though the mojito is on their menu, AND I bought them there before.

I had a great experience. The best Cuban sandwiches in town. My youngest daughter finally enjoyed a chicken soup without blending it. Wife did a great job making her eat it. However, my cousin had a wrong order and manager was not pleased to serve well. I hope they make it better next time and correct this little details. Muy rico pollo!

Did an online order and paid online. Didn’t get my fried yucca and when I tried to call the store I was routed to a system that eventually made me leave a message. No way to get a refund.the Yucca was a splurge…..and a $5 splurge. 20% of my order! We will see if going by the store tomorrow will yield a different result. Customer service is definitely lacking.
