Food was good, but when we got there they had a wet floor sign because something spilled on table . Well , we were leaving 30-40 minutes later and it was still there . Nobody walked the dinning room to clean anything. The floor dried with a sticky looking shine. Bathroom were also a mess

What is really going on with the restaurants nowadays? Time after time I realize I’m spending more money but not getting the quality I use to get…and it’s just not one particular restaurant..it’s happening everywhere. At this restaurant their chicken was undercooked, plantains burnt, their digital menu sign was not working, so i ordered in store while viewing the menu on my phone and their once delicious Caribbean soup is now broth with 10 pieces of potatoes and 2 pieces of chicken. I’m really really disappointed.

So multiple time I’ve been served dehydrated chicken and french fries I could probably hammer a nail into a wall so thank you for serving through drive thru inedible food, good luck with business probably why the bonita springs location closed even though they had better quality.

The food was good. Had the Tropichop. The grilled chicken was tasty but a bit dry. The employees seemed drained from the lack of ac. It’s one thing to be in there for a 20 minute meal, but I can’t imagine trying to work in that environment where the only way to make it is with three 90 dB fans blowing. Fix your ac! If not for the patrons, do it for your poor employees. It is my understanding that it’s been like this for months. Plural.

This was my first time trying Pollo tropical and let’s just say it’ll be my last period I ordered on the app and I gave it some time to pick up. We got there just a few minutes early when I went in. Of course the order wasn’t ready. We waited another 20 minutes for the order to get ready. When we got home, the chicken was almost an edible it was so dry. I ordered a quesadilla wrap with jalapeños that were not on there let’s just say it was a Square mess that I couldn’t even pick up. The mashed potatoes tasted like they had sat there forever. I tried calling waited on hold for 40 minutes nobody picked up. Tried calling again 20 more minutes nobody picked up. I hope this isn’t the way that every restaurant is. I would definitely not feel bad about asking for a refund on this one.

Terrible service and workers, walked in and there was no ac. Bunch of college kids on phone and the guy who helped me had no emotion and could careless. I went to pay and their credit card reader wasn’t working and the guy said you got money on your card….I said yes it’s your machine not my card. He goes back to ask manager and basically says I’m lying and try another card. I walked out. Place needs to be shut down or hire more friendly people.

Went there for lunch early today. It wasn’t too crowded when I was there, yet most of the tables were dirty. Second time eating at this Pollo Tropical and second time they mess up my order. However the lady at the front desk handing the food was super nice and gave me extra sauces to try.

There was mean people take are orders but one of them with the red shirt he was nice to us and help us lot but we waited for two hour so they give us the food.Then I went in to get the plates and they don’t clean the place and it was every dirty the table and the floors . So I ordered a tropichop with avocado with no garlic sauce. I get ONE slice of avocado, and sauce all over the top!! Several pieces of chicken were so dry that I had to throw them out! Is it really that difficult to LISTEN and get the order right and put the food I paid for in it and don’t put what I asked you not to??

Slow service. 6 staff walked by before I was acknowledged at the counter. Ordered, food was as expected. Went to counter for drink refill before I left. Waited as the entire kitchen staff stared at me. Finally, a young lady walked up. I asked for more Mango Sweet Tea. She replied “No hablo Ingles”. So I wait some more. Only for her to walk up with food for other customers and loudly say “THREE FOUR FOUR”. Sounds like English to me. I spent a few weeks in Costa Rica, guess what I did? Learned enough Spanish to get by.
