This is really good food in my opinion! Cuban fast food. I always get the black beans and right quarter chicken all white meat with plantains! Delicious and satisfying. I never forget to get all the sauces on the side, favorite being the cilantro garlic white sauce. Would recommend for sure.

The pics say it all. Went in the drive through, got a burnt, half eaten, BEYOND crispy carcass with literally 2 bites of meat on it. The rest was burnt charcoal, chicken jerky dry nastiness. And this was right at noon when the fresh off the grill food should have been served. It honestly looked like last night’s leftovers just re-warmed. And also half a container of corn and beans. Didn’t even fill the containers of sides. The pic of the corn….that was when I opened the container. I DID NOT eat any of it. That was how I got it. No dinner roll either. Almost 10 bucks for an infant’s meal. Pollo used to be good, now they just steal your money. No more.

Could you imagine being at work all day starving and lunch time comes and you open your tray to eat only to find a piece of chicken so small that the Hawaiian roll is bigger than it! This is absolutely ridiculous to serve someone this.

New location and already a slow unfriendly atmosphere like every other location. Work with a sense of urgency and managers should smile. Also I placed an order to dine in and it was put in a take out box by accident and after noticing the error they just threw the take out box on a tray instead of putting it on a plate. Just lazy. Lastly, for what you charge for the boneless chicken breast platter the breasts could be a proper size and consistent. See picture. Two tiny chicken breasts is a joke.
