Store #10248 This store is HORRIBLE. Yesterday, at about 7:30 I went to the drive thru for family dinner. The woman in the drivethru was very courteous. However my food was stale. The beans were halfway full and smell like sewage. The brown rice was hard like a rock. So dinner was ruined by pollo tropical.

Of all the Pollo Tropicals in the area, this is the best one. The lady with the short hair who takes your order and hands you your food is always patient, nice, precise and helpful. Hope she gets a raise soon as she definitely deserves it.

I give -0 stars. The staff lacks basic education and common sense. I order a 1/4 chicken and there are no beans and no rice. Just chicken. How is this legal? This location should be shut down there is no way your staff is playing with customers like this! My order clearly says white rice black beans I even got an extra side order. I’m surprised I got the side salad! I guess I’m supposed to drive back on my 30 minute lunch and teach your staff how to get paid? Ridiculous, money wasted, chicken thrown out! I am very disappointed.

Worst service ever. Been here multiple times and i don’t even know why i bother or anticipate the service to be any better then the last time. Come here if you want to be mocked by the girl that takes your order and forgets to mute herself. Come here if you want the food shoved at you thru the drive thru and your drink spilled on your car because they don’t seal the lid tight enough. Come here if you’re a polite person that says good afternoon and they treat you like trash. This location has got to be the worst pollo tropic I have ever been to, food is cold, fountain drinks taste watered down, nothing but petty employees with nasty attitudes.

The customer service here is terrible. Apparently, the employees do not want to work. It is not busy at all. There are two lanes in the drive thru line. We patiently waited at the speaker for over 10 minutes while the other lane kept moving. When we got to the first window, none of the 3 ladies standing around conversing even acknowledged us while we called out for help. We got to the second window and they stated that our order cannot be taken at the window. However, no one assisted at the drive thru window. Training on customer service needs to be provided because this is unacceptable and bad for business.

If you’re the owner and check your reviews, you should really listen and get better with your staff and environment. Foods good, but the staff here are lazy and don’t want to be there. Seems like they don’t want to get paid and don’t work hard for it and just mess around all the time and seems like you the owners, tolerate it. Be better
