Ordered online and they charged me $58 to my credit card and then cancelled my order. So I was charged but got no help or food. So then I go to the store to pay cash for food and the chicken sandwich was decent, but the chicken crispy tacos were an absolute disappointment! So disgusting. I’m not even sure if they use fresh food. I’m sure everything has been sitting in their fridge for awhile.

I placed an order online they canceled my order and then still charged me for the food which was $42.00. So now I lost my money and I have no food

Just received the my food, the order was almost right. They forgot to give us the soda. When called the woman said that ” oh yes we got the soda because the order was made online”. When asked if someone can drop it, I was told that she had to call here manager and will call me back in 5 minutes. That didn’t happened, I waited 20 minutes later for her to say she can refund me back 2 dollar or I can pick it up in the morning? I spent $115.64 I also gave them a tip. When asked again if anyone an make a quick drop off, I was told that they are closed sorry, I went back online to confirm that and found that they have an hour left. I hate to write this, I have worked in customer service before and like everyone else I am not perfect, but I always right my wrongs even if I have to do it off hours.

Great tasting food, but quite expensive.

By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The last few times I’ve ordered they always send me the wrong order. Every time I call and all they say is “the person who took your order messed up sorry.” I don’t understand how this constantly keeps on happening and they don’t even offer to send me the correct thing I paid for? I would constantly order from here but I will never ever again order. The girl who answers the phone is so rude. If I could give them 0 starts honestly I would.

Great spot! Awesome fresh food! There is a wait sometimes but obviously because the food is being freshly cooked! Love this place! Totally worth the pay! I highly recommend. I drive all the way from waltham to lynn because my friends recommended this spot. Absolutely worth it

When they first opened ….the food was amazing now the food they are preparing is sloppy and the chicken they use is dry. THE TOSTADAS ARE NOT CRUNCHY THEY ARE JUST FLOPPY. The person that takes the orders forgets some things i order . PLUS THE FOOD TAKES WAY TO LONG TO GET WHEN YOU PLACE A DELIVERY ORDER AND BY THE TIME YOU GET IT ..ITS COLD AND STILL THEY CHARGE A LOT FOR THE FOOD

The Best Rotisserie chicken in town. I order oven baked chicken from here and they are the best!!! The food deserves 5 stars !!! The Woman who answers the phone, should be friendlier and nicer to people who spend money here. If the service gets better this restaurant has potential to become a 5 stars facility.
