She asked if we were having a party cause we ordered 4 whole chicken combos and we told her my mom passed away and she showed compassion. I did not get her name but that was on Tuesday, March 28. Usually I go to Illinois location but they were close so decided to try this place and very disappointed when they gave me my baked potato with nachos cheese I always dine in just for there chips cashier Nicol said they will be ready in a few min and 10min later I asked again the guy with glasses said we are out. Nicol very rude never made eye contact. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Call to put an order lady only spoke Spanish and hung up, called again a man only speak in Spanish badly spoke English said to order online because no one speaks English. When online to order only allowed for GrubHub and doordash when you click pick up in store give you the number to call so how do I order online when it gives me the number to call and no one speaks English

I ordered caldo de pollo. Received chunks of chicken instead of a thigh or leg and lots of celery. The soup tasted like celery. I believe I got leftover chicken in the soup instead of fresh chicken leg, thigh or breast which is traditionally how caldo is made. I would return for the grilled chicken but never buy caldo again. Service from tonya was excellent, she was attentive and nice.
