I really don’t know what happens with food places on the west side, and I’ve been in several. Besides Moka, nothing else seems to be worth it. I went out tonight to eat at Pollo Perucho with my family, and this place has been the worst by far. The place smells, and the service person lacks dynamism and ethics… that’s from the get-go. This person who serviced us got upset because we asked for separate bills, all of a sudden started acting up roughly. The glasses that were brought smelled like dirty dishes water, and my rice was definitely old and reheated. I stood up and canceled the rest order, paid what I owed, and went straight to Dos Hermanos.

Very authentic Peruvian restaurant! The Peruvian roasted chicken was very nice, but just a bit small for the 1/4 (shown in the picture). Would recommend to order at least 1/2 for a person. The yuca fries and the sauce was nice, and the sachipapa (hot dog and fries) was also pretty good.

Tasty “Pollo a la Brasa” (Peruvian style rotisserie chicken), maybe the only place in Ohio where you can find one (not in CLE nor in CIN). They do have some other Peruvian dishes as well as a small store. Clean and good service.

From the outside it’s not anything expectacural, but the food actually pretty good. I had the heart anticuchos and lomo saltado. My wife had papas a la huancaina, fried plantain, and causa de pollo. We throughly enjoyed it. Plan to come back.

We wanted to try something new today for lunch and we were not disappointed! The chicken is juicy and flavorful and the Peruvian Fried Rice was amazing. The great tasting food combined with the very friendly service, makes Pollo Perucho one of the best restaurants on this side of town!! I highly recommend.
