The mofongo and shrimp was really good, however the mofongo con chicharrón de pollo was mostly bones, and was largely inedible. I’d return, but we would definitely skip anything that would be uhh, bone forward.

Very good impressed it is the first time we go to a Dominican Restaurant, food very tasteful. Hot healthy portions & razonable prices for nowadays. You choose the table that you like.inside or outside.

The food was great when it finally arrived but the customer service is lacking. It took a very long time for someone to take out orders even though the restaurant was at about half capacity if that. When someone finally arrived she seemed annoyed to be there and after we received our orders she never came back to check on things. We had to call her attention later to request a few more drinks. Would definitely rate the food higher but the service was not a good welcoming for our first meal in Florida during this trip.

Mofongo is awesome and the menu variations take up an entire page. I usually get shrimp but today I had chicken with an amazing red garlic sauce. We also had Pernil. Nice portions, lovely music and clean. Prices are so reasonable. We love it here and we are glad to be back.

Looking for authentic Dominican Republic food, my friend and I went to Pollo El Cojido, a corner restaurant the food was ok and very simple, but not tasty, the waitress was attempting, but the price was too high for the dish.

It was getting late and I’m not a late eating person but was craving Spanish food (particularly Puerto Rican) but all the Puerto Rican spots were just about to close. So, decided to hit this spot. The music was loud… loud that I was starting to get a headache. No need to yell to the person next to you while having a conversation. They eventually lowered the volume after our request.

I come here all the time. My husband lived in the Dominican Republic for over 20 years and when he doesn’t want to cook we come here. The food is delicious, and the staff is very friendly.

Was looking for a spot that had Mofongo nearby and this came up in the search. This is the first time Ive had the Dominican version of Mofongo and it was pretty decent.

This is our second visit the first time on July 1, 2023 which it was good visit good customer service… However today visit July 31 2023 was horrible the service was terrible our server was Maria many items we asked were no available for example juices for kids and sauce were almost out to top it off I ordered a pargo fish.. I ate this with lime and they were out of stock. I told them how they can run out of something so common and if they could get it from the Publix next door which their policy refuses them to leave. I understand but as I was explaining this to the waitress she just left because another customer snap their fingers and she ran over there. This is the reason that I will not be returning because she didn’t notice the importance as me as customer from someone else…

To celebrate the end of National Respiratory Care Week, aside from the typical Italian, BBQ, sandwich meals… we got hooked up with Dominican food for dinner from here and it’s a win!!!
