I went here for lunch. They always run out of grilled chicken. If the restaurant is for grilled or fried chicken, they need to have both available at all times. The fried yuca I got today, they reused whatever they didn’t sell the day before, very dry. I ordered a salad which comes with chicken, same thing, chicken is burned and dried. The quality of the food is not the same when they first opened. It’s getting worse every time I go there.

My family and I usually like going to El pollo Loco. That’s our go-to. Since I’m from El salvador and would always go to El pollo campero over there, I was so excited that they made one close to my city here in California. The service was good ,the employees were friendly. As for the cleaning, they need to make sure they wipe the tables down better because they were left very dirty. Also, there were no napkins on the table. We had to ask for some, and they gave us like 5 napkins (remember, we are eating chicken with our hands) . Overall, the food tasted very good. The chicken was nice and crispy and juicy. I was a little skeptical because of the negative reviews, but thankfully, it wasn’t too bad at all.

As a first timer, the staff at the counter introduced me on what’s on the menu. Crispy chicken on the outside and juicy on the inside. Nice clean place, friendly staff and plenty of parking space.

We went tonight for dinner I told the manager they were out of Pepsi. She said I’ll refill it and never did. An hour passed another coustomer asked too. This location really needs to work on giving better coustomer service. We had to go ask for utensils, plates and napkins. We had to take our plates of trash to counter because no one came for them. They Santa Ana location is so much better on Grand. For $85 dollars I expected better service.

Chicken seemed burnt and dried out. The coleslaw was very bland and the fries were cold and not flavorful. I love chicken and the facility looked nice so I tried it. Nothing worse than dried out chicken and paying over $17 for a three piece meal. If the food was great I wouldn’t complain about the price but nothing I had would make me want to go there again.
