Limited selection 4 me, can’t/don’t upsell like wanting to add tomatoe, lettuce, etc. to sandwich. Replace like corn for greens – example. Service off the chain great & fast‼️ (she friendly but no joke bout job) wings cooked alil too long but ok — could of been great. This place is amazing. I recommend it to everyone, seriously you have to try it. The fried chicken, the fries, the rolls and the plantains are all delicious. However, whenever I go they’re always out of something: chicken breasts, ketchup, flans… there’s always something out. It’s kinda surprising because I believe their headquarters are in Dallas.

It’s almost the same as the ones in El Salvador. The chicken got pretty much the same recipe but the salad is different. That perfect combination is missing in any restaurant in the USA. However, the restaurant itself offers you to go back home for a couple of minutes. Recommend it!

If you are seriously going to act reluctant in preparing a large order, then I am confused why certain individuals would choose to work at a fast food chain in the first place. I ordered a 20 piece chicken pack with a side of mashed potatoes and bread rolls through the drive-thru when I see the guy taking my order get mad. Pretty much, he shoved my order through the window carelessly and didn’t give me what I asked for. Terrible service if you are trying to make a large order despite the place being less busy than usual. I’m hopeful that you’ll get better service if you order inside the restaurant.
