Polo Brasero is an absolute gem that I stumbled upon. I must say, they serve the best ceviche and saltenias I’ve ever had on the entire East Coast! Went there after looking at the menu listed here on google maps. The prices are all incorrect. I ordered the family special that comes with one whole chicken, two large sides and two cans of soda for 17.99. I ended up paying $27 and the lady said no drinks are included with this special. Upon bringing up the menu listed she said it’s all wrong and that she did not upload the prices. Never encountered a situation like this. Instead of correcting the situation she proceeded to explain that fixing this false prices issue is too difficult.

Don’t get me wrong the food was alright but the customer service from the only lady working there was horrid. She was very rude. You don’t throw change at people or give attitude to paying customers. I literally did nothing to deserve that bad treatment. I hope she gets fired with all these complaints about her customer service. She ruins the vibe in the restaurant. I came before this encounter a couple months ago without her being there and it was a better experience. If I see her in that restaurant again I’m not going inside.
