I thought the Polish food was excellent. We ordered the pierogi and the breaded pork chop. Both were really good. The real surprise to me were the French fries. The best I have had in a long time. It makes me wonder why they can’t be good at other places (and we took.our order to go and didn’t open until we got home which usually means soggy fries, but not yesterday). We also order cheese pizza which was ok. I will definitely come back again. I hope this restaurant makes it.

What a wonderful surprise! We were actually heading to another restaurant for lunch and when we noticed the American Polish Bistro sign (Remember Charlotte’s) and turned around to try it. So glad we did! Delicious perogi, potato pancakes, stuffed cabbage rolls and goulash. All incredibly fresh and reasonably priced. Each entree came with three traditional cold salads including creamed cucumbers, coleslaw etc..So excited to have this wonderful restaurant in our neigborhood! Great polish food! Can’t wait to go back to try their other menu items!!

Honestly I really wanted to like the food but I was very underwhelmed. Our server didn’t seem too focused on us either. He came up to the table to take our order and we put in a chicken wing appetizer. I got the impression he thought that was all we were going to order because he didn’t come check on us for awhile and when he did he was surprised when we wanted to order our entrees. He was kind of socially awkward so I’ll try to assume that was the reason for him being weird but the other couples within the restaurant did not get treated that way and he seemed bubbly and attentive with them. I ordered the meat piergois and my partner ordered a salad. Truly the piergois felt undercooked and the meat inside felt like a really odd texture. I was also thrown off because it just said meat piergois and doesn’t specify which meat it is. They felt kind of slimy and I personally did not enjoy them at all. I’m not sure if it’s my own preference but I was very disappointed. I probably won’t be back here but it’s a good idea.

I have been to this bistro since it took over Remember Charlotte’s. The new owner Derek and the chef Kuba provide a very good dining experience. The bartender has a great attitude and treats everyone as a personal friend. I wish this place much, much success!! Did I forget that the bartender’s name is Vikki and that she is absolutely gorgeous she alone is worth the visit.

Didn’t tell us the restaurant has changed hands when we ordered (and apparently names according to the receipt). Polish restaurant making pizza? It was atrocious and not nearly half the pizza in the box that it has been under Charlottes. Fine you don’t want to focus on pizza but don’t charge me 46$ for a pizza and sandwich that is all prefab garbage. If they don’t rectify this I’ll dispute with my credit card company on Monday seeing as they closed after we picked up because they were totally empty.
