Best place to get cheesesteaks & pizza at in Dover. I have to admit though every worker I’ve came across in here is rude. I also would advise to pick up your order because the delivery sucks sometime. If they busy you’ll be waiting 2+ hours to get your food.

I have been coming to this place for 16 years and they have expanded considerably and I am very happy for them, I tell them over the phone how I like my Pizza and they say ok but they do it anyway, I will check it in the store from now on, I never had a problem until now overall the food is good l like if you say you want something a certain way that you should receive what you ask for.

It was great. Had Pepperoni n Cheese with a side of RANCH. Also had some mozzarella stick that had a great cheese pull. I usually dont sit down in here because of some people that come in but it was okay.

We ordered dinner for a family of 4. 2 large pizzas, 20 wings, and Lg cheese fries nothing absurd, on a Saturday night which we understand with the shortage of workers we gave them time. The order was called in and placed at 6:24 we gave them until 8:35 and I called they stated that they had printer issues and they sent our food out to the wrong house, but they will remake our food and send it out with the next driver and the only way they could apologize for this was with a 2 Liter of Soda. Not acknowledging that this was an error on their part or that had we never called we would have never gotten $65 worth of food.

I would give 0 stars if I could. They gave me the wrong food and refused to fix it. Don’t waste your money here the service is terrible and the food isn’t much better. Ordered a hot turkey platter but got the sub.. they staple the bag shut too so unless you open it and check it in the store you won’t know till you get home.

Placed order for 1 large cheese pizza at 11:45am. Website states order will be delivered in 45-50 minutes. Another message stated the pizza would be completed by 12:32pm. I placed the first called at 12:55pm to confirm order had been processed and was told it was out for delivery. By 1:30 I called again and made them aware the delivery driver had not yet arrived. By 1:45pm (2 hours after order) I called and requested a refund. The delivery driver showed up at 2:00pm, 2 hours and 15 minutes later than our order time, and my coworker retrieved the pizza. As a courtesy, I called to let the restaurant know we had finally received the pizza at which time I was told they would need the pizza back in order to issue a refund. So, I asked for at least to have the $3 delivery fee reimbursed. The website states 45-50 minutes, the driver can’t be reached for over an hour, and the pizza arrived cold. Quite possibly the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered.

I placed an order online and was given an exact ready time of 8:08. I arrived to the restaurant at 8:15 . There were two cashiers and the cashier acted as if she had no idea what I was talking about . She scratched her neck with bare hands and didn’t wash them which made me feel uneasy because she went back into the kitchen . I’m assuming she went to the back to have the chef make the order , when she returned she stated it was coming up . I understand that this restaurant can get busy so I patiently waited . When I arrived there was literally no one in the parking lot but I do understand they do delivery. I waited almost an hour for my food to come out! I would have requested a refund but every time I went back in , they stated my order would be ready “in a couple minutes” I WONT EVER RECOMMEND OR EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN! This is not the first incident but it will certainly be the last! This restaurant has fell off tremendously!
