I will never come back here. Their fish scoopers are tiny, they use unmarked sauces and randomly pump based on how hot you want (didn’t even have unagi sauce), toppings looked unappetizing, charge extra for basics like masago and edamame… and didn’t even have mango. It was also way overpriced, and Poke is already overpriced. This is the worst Poke spot in the bay, stay away.

I came here in the afternoon in December and there was a slight fishy smell when I opened the door. Not generally a good sign at sushi or poke. When I got up to build my bowl, the tuna (both ahi and albacore) and yellowtail looked a little funky. Luckily, the salmon and spicy tuna did still look good. The toppings were all fresh and I ended up having an enjoyable meal, but I expect all of the menu items to be of good quality.

Honestly I had high hopes. The bowls are ok, the ingredients are fresh. However, it’s pricey and the portions are small.

What’s not to love about a quick fish fix?! This Poki Bowl location is doing it right. They are generous, efficient, and friendly. Not to mention the balance of flavors is delicious. The fish tastes fresh and the sushi rice is warm. We got salmon, ahi tuna, and yellowtail in our bowls. Unlike some places the avocado is a free topping. You can add more of anything, but it gets costly to add more. Don’t forget to ask for furikake on top afterwards and don’t bother drowning it in soy sauce because it doesn’t need it (but like if that’s your thing than go for it). Enjoy!

If you like poke you should definitely check out this place. I came here because a friend recommended I check it out. It’s a little on the pricey side. For 2 bowls and no drinks was around $32. For my order, I went with a large bowl, brown rice, ahi tuna and salmon, cucumber slices, seaweed salad, crab meat, masago eggs, and sesame seeds sprinkled on top. The restaurant is on a corner, nicely sized, wasn’t crowded (Wednesday around 3pm), very friendly staff and speedy, and good amount of seating. I think what might make this place a bit more accessible for new comers would be pre-selected items menu, instead of having to chose each item individually. Regardless of that, this place is nice.

The food was alright – slightly overpriced for the portion size. Staff were friendly and served us quickly.

Super tasty and fresh ingredients! Clean inside, employees take extra care in meal preparation, convenient location in downtown Sunnyvale.

I landed at sjc and went straight to the poke bowl. It was quiet delicious. I’d go back. The staff was very friendly and nice.

Overpriced for the portions they give now! The portion size has drastically reduced since last year. It’s mostly rice with tiny scoops of fish. It is definitely not worth the price anymore.

Rice was about as hard as a brick, trays were missing so nothing to keep the cold in so fish was warm and the taste was totally off, new hire assembled what might of been the ugliest Poki Bowl ever. This location is never busy which is always a bad sign for any place serving fish. Used to be good but the quality and care just isn’t there any more as the company seems to just care about franchising out locations. There is better places to spend your money.
