I’ve been coming here for years now and sad to say I will not be returning. I order the Poke Life Bowl consistently and decided to get a few bowls for myself and my family. I pay for 4 bowls at the front as you normally do before going down the line. As soon as I make it down the line the guy helping me sees there is no salmon so he goes to the back, comes back to me and says there’s no salmon and the person who normally has the salmon has stepped out and isn’t there? Shouldn’t all employees be able to replenish things? Also it’s only 12:30pm and they open at 11am. How are they out of so many things so early in the day? So I’m forced to pick different toppings – went with tuna and shrimp (since they were also out of abalone). The employee made one of the bowls wrong so I was waiting for an extra few minutes while he is scrambling around while the other two girls sat around just talking to each other when they could have assisted him or helped finish the toppings for the 3 other bowls. Anyways, after what felt like an eternity being there, I come home to find that there is random chicken pieces in ALL bowls (when I asked for shrimp and tuna) not to mention a METAL SPRING in one of the bowls. All of the bowls were inconsistent which is weird considering I ordered 4 of the same thing. Some had little to no rice, other bowls barely had protein, some had 3 leaves of spring mix. I’ve called repeatedly to the restaurant to complain and no one has answered. Extremely disappointed with this place and how down hill it has gone.

We usually love this place! We are from an hour south but are in the area twice a week and this is usually our ‘go to’ place but after tonight we won’t go back when the same girl is working. We walked in 15 min to closing and I acknowledged that and told her we would make it fast, told her that we just wanted to order one to go real quick if that was okay. She stared without saying a word. I proceeded to ask if they were already closed and told her we didn’t mind going elsewhere if she had put everything up. She (STILL NOT SAYING A WORD) rolled her eyes and walked up to the cash register to take our order. At this point I told her we would just go to Subway. She didn’t say anything and walked away as we walked out. Never said a single word. I had a whole conversation with myself while she rolled her eyes and gave attitude. I wonder though, did she have the authority to close the business down 15 min early and turn away paying customers?

Poke Life is great when you actually get what you ordered. Twice now I’ve only gotten just the base veggies but missing the actual poke. Thanks for the times they have been on point but attention to detail would be nice, there won’t be a third time.

This is the best poke place! Their prices are very reasonable and they don’t have limits on toppings which is a plus. Their boba tea is also excellent. I will pass 2 or 3 poke places on my way to this one. Highly recommend!

The poke here is mind blowing. I live in Lawrenceville and drive to Roswell for work. I try and visit often because my bowl keeps getting better and better. I highly recommend to anyone debating visiting Poke Life. Chicken and raw tuna proteins are incredible.

This restaurant is absolutely delicious: the fish is always fresh, there are plenty of choices for your salad, and they give generous portions. This is our family’s new favorite lunch spot, and it doesn’t break the budget. We highly recommend this restaurant!

poke!! They give you so much food for the price as well. Their online ordering works well and the staff is always nice. I normally get the poke life bowl but have done a few others as well and all have been amazing. I would not recommend the sides as they are usually quite small. Overall really great and clean place!
