We stopped here for a quick lunch after dropping our son off at college. The place was at a very convenient location, and the poke bowls were delicious! It was nice that you could choose from 3 different size bowls AND yoi could customize your bowl to your liking. The only reason for the 3 star atmosphere rating was that it was very small inside and the tables could have used a wioe down. That wouldn’t be a show stopper for us. We’d gladly dine here again!

I’ve never had poke that made me feel physically ill before, but this was it. The Hawaii green, which we ordered takeout, was absolutely slathered in this white-orange “poke sauce” which completely covered every other flavor in the bowl. Fresh, delicate sushi-grade fish is the main part of every poke bowl right? Why would you coat everything with massive amounts of some cloying sauce unless you’re trying to disguise something?

We used the online ordering and picked up. First time ordering from here. The bowls are stunning to look at. They tasted absolutely delicious. We’ve ordered from a few other places and this is definitely our favorite new place. Quick service. Bag was waiting on a table in front of the counter. You have to pay in the store. Big thumbs up.

Tasty, friendly service, and nice presentation. I got the spicy style bowl, which was done in about 1 min. It was tasty. The fish was fresh, and the sauce was good, but it was a bit heavy on the onions. The ambiance could use a little more effort; some music and a fresh coat of paint would do wonders.

The food was amazing! They use paper order slips, which feels a little behind the times, but the service was quick and friendly. Convenient location if you are already downtown on foot. Might be more challenging to get to if you are driving. Not sure!

The service here is fast, the staff are cordial, and the prices are reasonable. More importantly, the food is delicious. Poke It Up offers a lot of options that will be sure to suit everyone’s tastes—there are even vegetarian dishes. It was my first time eating a sushi burrito (I had the Tsujiki Burrito) and I will definitely be back to try out the other options.
