This was an insanely great food experience. We had a selection of four different poke and sides that were flawless and so much fun to eat. Fantastic customer service and it’s a really nice small clean spot. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

I’ve been on the island for years and I’ve never had poke this good. The poke you’re eating was a fish that morning. It’s that fresh. They also have fresh add ons to the poke bowl that taste authentically homemade in the best way possible. Try the Ube mochi on the weekends if they’re not already sold out, it’s also a must have. The staff is super fast and friendly, helped me with recommendations and answered all my questions. Poke for the People is great, can’t recommend enough.

Driving to the North Shore can make one hungry. After all one is on vacation, and one’s biological clock is still on Pacific Standard Time 2 hours ahead so one has been awake since 4am in Honolulu and has gone out for a long morning walk to see the beach and the sunrise, which works up an appetite.

The most important thing is that the poke is fresh and they have that. They marinated the fish really well especially the ahi and salmon. The bowl came out beautifully and good enough for a person. I was so full after. Reasonable price, they have parking at the back and it was quick.

Amazing poke: fresh fish, fresh sides! Friendly and understanding staff. Haven’t found another poke place like that one on North Shore so far.

Delicious fresh poke. The bluefin melts in your mouth. Parking was a little difficult the day we went, so we just used the 5 minute parking spaces and took the food to the beach. It’s completely worth the price.

Best meal I had on Oahu, Maui and Big Island combined, especially factoring in price point. This reviewer found the food plentiful for the price. If you don’t think it’s going to be enough food, speak up and order a large serving vs a small. Its only 4 to 5 dollars more. Fresh fish, delicious scratch sauces, knowledgeable and friendly staff, an owner who works the kitchen with his crew. What else are you looking for in Hawaii?

So happy we found and tried this place. I fell in love with their special of the day “mayo Wasabi scallop” it was soooo good. Sad that I won’t be able to eat it again until my next visit to Oahu!!

I think this was the best poke I had while in Oahu. My friend casually mentioned it and I wasn’t craving any fried shrimp trucks, so stopped by here instead. All their fish tasted fresh, plus their sauces are something special. They have limited indoor seating, but plenty of parking in the back.

good poke, pleasant employees, decent price point. Had the small poke bowl with ahi and rice and it comes with a scoop of crab salad (if you want it) and 2 sides (I had kimchi and pickled cucumbers) and a few toppings like furikake for just under $9, with a small bottle of water it came out at $11 even. This was enough for a lite lunch or a solid snack, I’d recommend the large if you’re hungry. The poke was so good, very fresh and well prepared, the sides were good as well (cabbage kimchi was standard and the pickled cucs were a bit sweet (if you’ve eaten ANYTHING in Hawaii you know what I mean, it gotta be a little sweet brah). There is free parking in the rear through a small side alley and a small counter you can eat in at.
