Amazingggg! So fresh, and love the many options available. Mexican coke to top it off, so good and very filling with the 2 scoop option. I had tofu and salmon, white rice and zucchini noodles, and a bunch of extras including edemame, pineapple, jalepeno, cilantro, cucumber… really fresh and was able to eat on 1 bowl twice !

Poke Central was delicious. It’s a pretty typical poke place. Raw fish with white rice and toppings plus delicious sauces. The employees were friendly. The atmosphere was nice and modern with good music. The prices were a little higher than I was hoping but the food was worth it and the portions were good. I got a regular and felt satisfied after. I recommend the house sauce and the spicy mayo. I got both kinds of fish and toppings such as cabbage, crab meat, seaweed salad, fried onion & fried garlic. They were all delicious. Plus the fish was super fresh. I definitely recommend

Very good selection of toppings and sauces. My main complaint is the fact that there were no options to the level/amount of sauce for the fish. There was an inch of sauce in the bowl while mixing the fish and the server proceeded to pour ALL of the sauce onto my rice. This made it unable to eat the rice as every bite was so salty. Good options, excution not quite there.

***MILITARY DISCOUNT*** the food was Delicious and the tuna was fresh. Excellent customer service. We loved the vibe of this place it was nice and chill. Plenty of seating inside and out. Our only complaint was that the bathrooms were dirty!

Pretty standard Poke bowls. However I always find the staff making the bowls, bored, distracted, and a bit condescending, not here! The staff making your bowl is engaged in helping you, friendly, and generally seem happy to be at work.

The food was fresh. It was nice to have the option of zucchini noodles. There were lots of sauces to choose from. Pretty simple menu, but I like that. Guys behind the counter weren’t super friendly, but they did a good job.

After eating here with my friend, we both got extremely sick and threw up. We both had the salmon, and I would not recommend.

I’ve been to this place quite a few times. More than 15 times at least. I don’t really go anymore. They give you really solid portions and its generally tasty but I’ve had a handful of times where the vegetables were on their way out, nearly inedible and limp/brown and also I’ve had them give me rotten eel sauce. Also, the people who make your food don’t really enjoy their job and it shows. For some reason they don’t (and also refuse) to mix the sauce on the vegetables. They dump it into the rice, which is not how poke is made. It’s always mixed into the veggies and meat to make them tasty and then set on top of the already delicious and sticky sushi rice that remains fluffy at every other place, even in other states. Also, they don’t have sweet chili sauce and that is a standard sauce at all other poke places. Also, they give you raw tofu. I recently changed the way I eat and so tofu is the option and it’s strange that they don’t fry it or do anything to it. Its good raw but could be better. I guess I just don’t want to go back and risk getting old nearly expired vegetables at a place that specializes in fresh raw food.

First time to Poke Central for an exclusive event. I’ve had poke before so curious how it would be here.

Fresh. Friendly owners. Great location. They have fountain drinks as well as Hawaiian canned drinks. Like other poke places, you get in line, cafeteria style to order. A better analogy would be Subway; choose what you want at each section, and move along until you reach the cashier. Convenient, creative, customizable. Murals on the walls make for a bright and welcoming dining environment.
