The best Boba in town by far! The slush is intense in favor and the Boba and lynchee has great taste too! I usually go to the one on McHenry but nvm. Pokebowl looks good too except the salmon looked a bit frozen along order.

The staff is always helpers. And the food is amazing. One of my favorite places to get takeout! I’ve never been in when it is busy, but I’m sure that they take care of the customers just as well. Definitely recommend this place!

Went in for my first time and was helped by a boy with glasses he helped me put together a bowl that I could enjoy! 10/10 recommend from service to food! Also, my daughter’s loved the Boba here!!!

Whoever the 3 boys were working this weekend, need more discipline. The restaurant was empty, we ordered 15 minutes ahead and they weren’t even STARTING on our order once we got there. One was on his phone up front, another in the back laughing with a coworker. We waited 20 additional minutes in the lobby. There’s was no drive to be there and do the job. I watched 3 more DoorDashers come in behind us and the employee would say how “back up they are”. But not moving quickly to serve guests or starting orders once they got them.

Food is good but the customer service from the girl thats always there when i go is horrible! I think she has dark red hair long nails. I got there waited for a bit and when she came to the counter no hi or anything just stared at me until i told her i was there to pick up an order. No thank you or anything after.

The food was not the best it was very messy and when I was eating a poke bowl midway I noticed there was a bug in it. It ruined my appetite. And the customer service was bad too there was a rude server when I had questions they would act annoyed.

I’m so happy theres a Poke Bowl in Riverbank! I haven’t had Poke in years because there wasn’t one nearby and now I finally was able to have it today. It was really good! Also, the girl who helped me was super nice and super patient when I was choosing my picks for my bowl. Overall, it was a great experience! I’m definitely coming back 🙂
