The worst brisket I’ve ever had. My boyfriend said it’s dry as the dessert. They didn’t have any juice from it to give me. The potato salad will only be good if you’re a lover of mustard, because that’s all it tastes like. The baked beans are obviously Bush’s. Horrible food and service. $33 for 2 people and we left most of it on our plates because it’s not even worth taking home. We left still hungry. Not that it was much food for the price anyway. The staff are not friendly at all. The prices they show online are not correct. It’s more expensive. I see now why their peak hour was empty inside.

I was traveling through Monroe and I love barbecue so I stopped at Podnuh’s. It has been years since I’ve been to Monroe and Podnuh’s and I was hoping it was as good as I remember. I also had my two grown sons with me. We all agree the barbecue is excellent! I’m glad we stopped

Always love coming home to some good BBQ. WAS 4:30 on Sunday afternoon, which is why I’m assuming some of the beef was dried or old on the edges. Otherwise , as good as always. The restaurant seemed warmer than usual for a mid may afternoon, otherwise everyone was extra friendly.

I’m long time enjoyer of Podnuh’s BBQ here in monroe. I’ve been coming here ever since I was a kid. Today was the first time i’ve been in a while and probably the last time. As usual, the beans were phenomenal. This certain instance, i sit down with my food, and there is a fly, that was missing a few of its legs, and one of its wings on a piece of meat on my plate. I almost vomited. If you want to go somewhere that is decently clean, avoid Podnuh’s in Monroe. The workers here today were also not very welcoming.

Enjoyed this experience at Podnuh’s. Got the family spread for 4-6 which includes 1.5 lbs of meat, two large sides, bread, BBQ sauce and pickles/peppers/onions. Paid about $28 after tax. The food was enough for 4 or more meals which isn’t too bad for the price. Flavor of everything was good.

Great bbq to-go. Terrible service. The drive-thru speaker was inaudible and the lady wouldn’t open the window to speak to me face to face. When she finally did because I absolutely could not hear her, she acted angry.

Went through the drive thru at 6:30 on a Monday night. The wait was about 10 minutes and there were only two cars in front of me. They were out of ribs and slaw. I ordered the beef one meat plate. When I got to the window, it was more than on the sign. I asked why and the waiter said the beef doesn’t come on the one meat plate. Didn’t see that on the sign. The food was ok but we wanted ribs and slaw.
