Just ordered a salad for the first time at Po Boy Express. I’ve eaten their sandwiches many times and been very satisfied prior to this experience; however, today I wanted to try one of the several salads on their menu because I’m trying to eat more health-consciously. Apparently, their idea of a “salad” is to put a whole bunch of shredded iceberg lettuce (like one would normally use on a po-boy) in a huge Styrofoam container and throw a couple of cut up tomatoes on top of there. They dare to call this a “salad”! Both myself and my husband ordered one each. He got grilled shrimp, and I got fried shrimp as toppings for these “salads,” packaged separately as to not wilt the “greens.” To make matters worse, my fried shrimp greatly outnumbered the measly number of grilled shrimp my husband received as toppings.. When we called to complain, we were simply told that this is how they make their salads… For $7.99 each, I’m just warning the next person not to be fooled. Po Boy Express does not offer any sort of edible or authentic salad. Stick to the sandwiches or be incredibly disappointed like we are.

This is horrible, I ordered from them today and this is what I was served. I spoke the manager Ms. Davis and she was very nice, but of course they do not have a cooperate number. My stomach is so upset, but all I received is a refund. This is crazy nothing else can be done about this!!! Never again

I will NEVER buy a PoBoy from here again. For $14 there should’ve been more than 6 pieces of shrimp on the PoBoy. It didn’t even come with a fry or a drink . I’ve had way better Poboys elsewhere. You will do better buying the ingredients and making your own. I will be sure to inform my coworkers to eat elsewhere for lunch (Jerry Lee’s,Raising Canes , Popeyes,)

Everything was delicious, and the wait wasn’t too long at the drive-thru. The prices have gone up so much here in the last 6 months that we don’t stop here as often as we used to. I expect that this is why they aren’t as busy as they used to be. Still recommended, but expect to pay even more.

I absolutely love their catfish plate but I doubt I’ll be back. Who doesn’t have a chicken nuggets kids meal? I wasn’t buying a four piece chicken tenders for $12.99 for a two year old. Very disappointed not to have a menu choice for my grandson
