Rich Plier has been a staple in the local culinary scene since 1981. Now he has come back to his original roots as the owner of Plier’s Full Circle Pub & Restaurant located in the building where his career began.
Rich and his wife Debbie will open the pub and restaurant in the building that once housed Nisleit’s County Inn and, more recently, was home to Hundred Mile House in the Town of Port Washington.
Plier has worked for John Weinrich at Newport Shores restaurant in Port for the past 30 years, and that experience will be reflected in the Full Circle staff and menu.
Plier’s Full Circle will have a casual atmosphere and a family-friendly menu with something for everyone including televised sports events in the bar.

Absolute gem in Port Washington and Saukville areas! We’re there on Friday and the fish was just amazing! We ordered walleye and grouper, pan fried. Appetizers we had were onion rings, mushrooms and cauliflower. Our friends had perch. Large plates. I have to admit it was the best fish I’ve ever eaten. Make reservation otherwise you’re going have to wait a bit. There are two dining rooms in there. The one with the fireplace is quieter.

Pliers is always a slam dunk. The waitstaff is very attentive and fast. The food is always delicious we had the New York stop combo with shrimp and filet, both cooked perfectly. Highly recommend the baked French onion, and their desserts are top notch. A must visit supper club.

Tonight was our first visit to Full Circle. Don’t let the full parking lot fool you. We walked in and thought we would have an hour wait and we were shocked when we were seated right away. Table for two. The place seats a lot. We had perch and blue gills. It was great! Our portions were big, we took half of it home.

This place is a local gem. If you want to feel like you are sitting down to a home cooked meal with family then this is the place for you. Prices are extremely fair considering the high quality of the food and the waitstaff makes you want to tip them a lot because they are so good. Highly recommended.

We go here at least twice a month and we’re never disappointed. Husband swears by the ribs. My favorite is either the pan fried pike or the tomahawk pork chop. We always leave with leftovers for lunch the next day. All-around good food, fair prices and pleasant service!

The food and service were great! We took two kids (6yrs and 1 year) and they were happy with their food. My concern is that there is no changing table in either restroom! I had to leave to change the baby in the car.

We were there for the first time this past Sunday (4/30) after a 2 hour drive. The prime rib happened to be on special. It was some of the best we’ve ever had! Getting more sauce for it was a struggle though – not sure why. We were there as a group of six (two sets of parents & our respective 2 offspring) 20 minutes after the kids just became engaged at the Memorial Park to celebrate the occasion. It would have been a nice touch for this restaurant to give the newly engaged couple a dessert of some sort at the end of the meal. So, we’re left with mixed feelings towards this establishment.

We just had two take out lunches that were fantastic! Even with a 20 minute ride home fries were still crispy and fish was also crisp outside and flaky inside! Great job to the waiting staff for recommendation of “full circle platter”. Everything in that plate was amazing!! Great job! We will definitely be back!!
