I ordered a pacific bowl with extra peanut butter , pineapples, mango , and strawberries. They made it and it was missing fruit and my order had less stuff in it than my moms bowl who ordered less fruit and took out a lot of ingredients. After they were made over my order did not have peanut butter in the middle as it should have and because I think the girl forgot she just threw peanut butter on the top. And on top of that there were some crunchy black things which I think were goji berries in my bowl which I’m allergic to. Now if I were to sue I’d be wrong right? I did not ask for them. Did not enjoy my bowl at all. And had a slight allergic reaction because of those berries. I know it gets busy there but it shouldn’t be that hard to follow a receipt telling you everything to add or to take off. Was super disappointed because I spend so much money with playa bowl just to not enjoy it.

When I got there, they took so long to attend for me to order. Waited about a minute. The funny thing was that I was the only person to wait when there wasn’t a line. After one finally approached me, she didn’t even greeted or started my order. She just stood there waiting for me to say something. After they gave me a costa bowl, I didn’t like how it tasted. It was too sweet like they probably poured a lot of sugar on it. I don’t know if it’s even fresh their products or they even used leftovers. In conclusion, I would not come back there. It used to be good, but not it’s not the same anymore.

i had a mobile order for pick up usually i love playa and i work in the mall so i get it often, usually when there are mobile orders they are put in the fridge however today there were orders all over the counter where pick ups are (without names and receipts) i didn’t have my voice today due to allergies so it was hard to communicate however when i went to look in the bags of orders for receipts or names i was yelled at that my order was being made when they didn’t even ask my name yet, they proceeded to make my order i managed to get out my name and then they threw my drink into the bag with my bowl so i had to clean it up when i got to my store and i would’ve asked them to re make it if my voice hadn’t been done but i couldn’t be bothered to deal with two disrespectful 16 year olds that yell at every customer they see look at an order when we can’t tell who’s is who’s. as i took my order and had to fix it they gave me dirty looks and basically stared me down as i left.

The Playa Bowls here is always so fresh and good, I always go out of my way to go to this location. The girls there are always so sweet to me when I don’t hear my name called. I also had a young man once help me make my bowl. Forever picking this Playa Bowl❤️

I go to playa bowls in belmar all of the time, so I expected a similar experience at freehold and never have had this experience. I witnessed your workers make 3 bowls in the span of 15 minutes. Talking way more than working.

The juices are delicious and fulfilling and most importantly healthy. My favorite juice is the “Beach Break” and my favorite green bowl is the “Lola” bowl. Please try it! It’s so good and yummy!
