i love love love love love love love love love love playa bowls so much whenever i want to die or cry i just eat one and it makes me feel so nice. in nyc they r 16$!!!! while in new jersey they r like 12$ so it’s so nice. i eat these at least 3 times a week i just love them. my only complaint is that at this location they take a long time sometimes but it’s bc there’s a lot of ppl so it’s okay. i love plays bowls tho they r my fav ❤️‍ ❤️❤️❤️❤️ ❤️‍

Açaí bowl? I’m thinking more granola bowls… jokes aside I actually really like playabowls but this was a big upset. Don’t think I’m gonna come back after spending 28$ for 2 bowls and get mostly granola and barely any base. I made a mistake in my order and I asked to change it last minute and I do understand that it was my fault but when I asked if it’s possible to change my order they said if you would have to purchase a new one… Im assuming that’s what she was trained to handle situations. Just a big upset overall.

Not really sure why this location has such great reviews. I’ve been here twice and both times I’ve waited over an hour in line just to place my order. This place is obviously under staffed and the staff that they do have are very young and naive. They are very slow at preparing orders and spend time talking among themselves, not only are they rude to customers but they also don’t seem to know how to do their job correctly. This place needs strict management asap! The first time I came in was for national açaí day and the bowl that they gave me after waiting for a long period of time was very messy, they didn’t even try to make it look nice. The receipt was also dirty and covered in açaí. The second time was yesterday for the sweet cream cold brew promo. They ended up giving me a coffee that was on the counter for hours, and it tasted horrible. It sucks because I had to keep extending my parking time while I was waiting in line. I came right after I was done with work and was hoping to be in and out. Wasted my whole evening at this place. Other customers were very upset as well and staff did nothing to make it right.

My daughter and I got in line an hour and 10 mins ago. We are still waiting for our bowls. It is absolutely absurd that you have one person in front taking orders and making bowls and one in the back prepping bases. On a Friday night you need more staff. The reviews all say this. Why aren’t you doing anything about it? Ridiculous staffing model. I hope you aren’t also opening the one in Nassau Park and that will be managed properly.
