There is a decent amount of parking here. However, it is shared with other businesses. I walked in, and there was no wait to be seated sign. With only 1 person in front of me, it took a minute to get seated. My drink order was taken right away, and then I had to ask for the only refill I would get. The food was decent, I ordered the garlic shrimp, and they came out swimming in garlic. They were good. Yet for the price, you only got 6 shrimp and more rice, a small Mexican style of salad and French fries. They also brought me their version of clan chowder which was good, this is not you New England style of milk based clan chowder, but it was still tasty. They need to work on their service and this place would be better. 1 thumbs up from me.

Ordered the Shrimp enchiladas and hubby ordered the Playa Azul Combination. Both were very tasty. They serve soup and ceviche prior to your meal along with toasted bolillo bread. Fresh made lemonade. All was very delicious.

The food was cold, was brought out at different times, and was cooked in old oil. It gave the appearance of being burnt. It took a long time before we got our food.

The shrimp cocktail was full of avocado & shrimp. Delicious! My wife’s brochette was plentiful and just as delicious. The service was prompt & the waitress was pleasant. We will patronize the playa azul again.

We ordered the special and we went to pay they charged us the double because they said they had run out of the special and gave us the regular price. The shrimp was not deveined and it was disgusting.

I’ve been a long long time customer here. For at least 8-10 years. Walk in tonight at 8:20pm to get a shrimp cocktail for takeout. The girl informs me they are closed even though the sign still says open, the door is unlocked, and the sign says they close at 9pm. Guess they must not need or want my business any more.

Seafood is the reason to come here… We chose from the Menu & then had it seasoned to our taste & to our surprise, they welcomed our specific suggestions… still the same menu prices .

First time here. The fish tacos were really good . Would recommend this place to anyone looking for good seafood. Plus the drink glasses are huge.

The best shrimp ceviche I have tasted on the east side. Try it now. I would give it 5 stars however the service was a bit slow. Other than that food was pretty tasty.
