Went through drive-through. The order wasn’t completely right. We went inside, and the manager on duty was absolutely amazing. She got the order corrected as quickly as she could and apologized. Was a great experience and will be returning.

While running errands I stopped at A&W here in Platteville for lunch. This is my first time of continuing returns to this location. Workers were very polite and helpful with the menu options, kept busy and did not see anyone just standing around. Resturant and bathrooms were clean. Food was great!

This was a blast from the past! We stopped here while traveling and had a great time. We got great quality root beer in chilled mugs and enjoyed good burgers with a unique sauce. They even had vegan options and gluten free buns that came on the burger!

For the restaurant being dead it wasn’t the cleanest. The staff were not pleasant. The buns were kinda hard and the fries were not super hot. One of the staff were on the phone arguing about her schedule and another look like she came from a goth concert. The manager I do belive looked as if she need a shower the managerdidnt appear until she deliveredour food. Wasn’t impressed.

Loved the root beer freeze. Try the new beyond burger. Which isn’t with meat. It’s not 100% vegan cause its fried on same grille with meat burgers. I did not care for it. It was kinda bland tasting for me. When I took a bite with lettuce, onions, mayo ketchup. It tasted great. But with just the patty it didnt really have any taste at all. I don’t know if I would get it again. Loved the onion rings tho.
