Our party tried the Chicken Parmigiana, Pasta with Clams and Filet Mignon. I had a burger and fries. Kids had pizza. All were very tasty and well seasoned except the filet was overcooked twice in a row. This restaurant however is customer driven and made good at all costs which is a great sign. Cute spot, good food (and good coffee!) and good service. Highly recommended.

Chicken in my sandwich was absolutely frozen at some point and was horrid. Service was ridiculously slow. Forgotten items weren’t brought out until halfway through the meal. I DID tell the waiter I thought the chicken was bad (I pulled it out and left it on a plate) but i was not acknowledged. And the prices for what we received were a bit high. 2 stars for the nice greeting. But if you are looking for inexpensive, fast or good this place isn’t for you.

The food here is excellent. Though they’re an American restaurant, they have some wonderful pasta dishes. The mozzarella sticks look like they’re made in house, instead of frozen, which is a plus. Good crisp, the cheese is gooey the way it’s supposed to be. I’m not much of a cocktail guy, beer burgers apps, and pasta dishes. Service is great. They’re attentive but not overbearing.

Tried out Plated Bistro last night; the food was amazing. The arancini balls were delicious packed with flavor along with their sauce(amazing). The cold plate was one of the best ones I’ve had around dutchess county! I got the penne vodka and my boyfriend had the chicken parm, which took over the entire plate! Both dishes were delicious!

Good food and portions. Nice atmosphere and the wait staff is attentive.. We went there tonight ( 2 -11). Fabolous meal, tremendous service, if this isn’t your go to restaurant, you obviously haven’t been there.

Unfortunately had a gift card and was not able to use as there apparently had been a change in owner and new management would not honor it. This is something that should have been tracked and transferred at time of change. Sadly while there may not be technically anything they could do it reflects poorly on customer service and left a very poor impression. To the customer a branded gift card is all they see and the back-end situation of ownership change has no visibility to the customer. Solely for that purpose I would not recommend.

Tonight was my first night at Plated! I ordered a Moscow mule and a shot of Tito’s and Anthony, the bartender literally felt like an old friend. Luis and Amy were amazing and my food was delicious. I will be returning again! I wish I could give more than 5 stars !!

Had a great retirement dinner for my father. Nice side room with private bathroom and private entrance. Everyone loved their meals and the service was excellent. Fair pricing. Also appreciated them accommodating a special entree request. Thanks again!.
