The place was very clean and tidy. Bathrooms fully stocked and clean. Staff, at least Hannah my server, was very kind and attentive. Food was delicious and very satisfying. Drinks are good strength and tasty.

Went to Plan B with my Fiancee & my daughter. Place was very clean and staff was friendly. Regardless of the place being very busy and what seemed to be a little short staffed, we were well taken care of. Mike who seemed to perform a few roles such as a bartender, waiter etc, took our order and was very friendly. He had great personality & attitude. We felt good during our stay.

Decided to try it out for our Friday date night as a new experience. First impression was not good as the host tried to seat us right next to the bathroom even though the restaurant was mostly empty . However our server did make up for it with good service and a positive attitude. Loved that the environment was clean especially the bathrooms.

Decent service, friendly but a little slow. Many gluten-free options, which my wife appreciated. She had the fish tacos… battered pieces of fish on soft corn tacos, she liked them a lot. I had the 3 shrooms burger, which was quite good. Asked for the burger to be cooked with some pink, unfortunately it was well done, no pink. Still tasty and juicy, however. We also shared the firecracker cauliflower – highly recommend.

I don’t like to give bad reviews, but I feel like coming here is a waste of money. We sat outside and the experience was terrible. I got the plant based burger….the patty itself was fine, I guess, but the bun was so dry I had to deconstruct the burger to finish the meal. The service wasn’t outright rude….but it wasn’t good. We barely saw the waiter and he didn’t offer us waters and the whole thing was a mess. Save your money – with those prices you can enjoy somewhere else. Very disappointing.

Came here for dinner with my boyfriend tonight I had a lovely experience. Amy our waitress, was very polite and welcoming into the space for our first time to a Plan B. We got a couple appetizers and a burger each and were more than full by the time we left. The portion sizes are ample and the flavors of the food are amazing. We got Kentucky bourbon barbecue wings and Pulled pork sliders for the appetizers and the squealer and the breakfast burger for our main courses. We will definitely be back.

Way better than the one in West Hartford food was great. Service was a little slow considering we were the only diners in the place. Prices reasonable! We will be coming back.
