Come for the food. The dining room and parking lot are very small. They seem to do a big carry-out business and even have a drive-thru. We were traveling through the area headed home to East Tennessee and saw the location on Google maps. Glad we tried it. The pizza was very good. Others around us were eating the sandwiches and they looked very good, also. My only complaint is they only had bottled drinks to purchase. I much prefer fountain drinks. I gave the Service a 5-star rating. But for transparency, there is no table service. You order and pay at the counter and pick up at the counter when they call your name. You also bus your own table (which I don’t mind). I gave the 5-star on service for the counter staff. I would eat there again if I was in the area.

We have always enjoyed the food from there. Amazing calzones, pizza and wings. Tonight we decided to order a Philly cheese steak sandwich and there was minimal cheese and onions on it(I asked for no peppers) and it was very lackluster as I had to put on my own cheese from home due to the lack of cheese. My husband also very much enjoys the Hartsville hot wings. He ordered that and the wings had no heat or seasoning on them. Very disappointed as we have always had positive experiences before. The cheese pizza was still really good though!

Plain Janes has some really good food at a reasonable price. The atmosphere is also great. Every time I go in they all have a smile on their face. Highly recommend eating there.

The food is delicious. The calzone was huge. Small is more than enough for 1 person. The Cannolis were amazing and the tiramisu was as well. The pizza is great although, the second one was a little doughy still but, not bad enough to not eat. The drive through is great for picking up orders but, it’s pretty much a call ahead place. There was a single big party in the dining area taking up all but, 2 booths and a small table. We were told our wait time would be about an hour, but, it was more like 30 minutes. A bigger dining room would be nice and keep people from leaving and going somewhere else to sit down and enjoy a meal. I hope they do well and decide to stick around. Hartsville needed a good place other than another Mexican restaurant.

Alright I hate to be the one, but after my 2 experiences so far I’ll share my experience. 1) the food that I have gotten to try was good. 3 star good, better than most in town. 2) the kid sitting on the stool in the drive through who literally wouldn’t put his Diet Coke down and help the lady pass the food out the window was almost enough to make me want to yell at him myself. He also forgot to check the order leaving her to catch a mistake. Kudos to her for that.
