Tired of the lonnnnnng lines at Starbucks?? PJs Coffee is a must try. Items from coffee to snacks are very comparable to the Seattle native. Something you will only find here are the BEIGNETS of New Orleans! Your very own Cafe Dumond classic right here in O’Fallon MO! Menu is plentiful, service is really fast, and there’s always a smile to greet you. Seating is classic and plentiful. We will definitely be back! #PJSCOFFEE

I come into PJ’s on my lunch break almost everyday. I usually get a drink and a dessert. I highly recommend the salted Carmel cookie, the Peach Palmer tea, and/or the beignets! The red Bull drinks are also delicious. It’s a really nice environment between the comfortable seating, the quiet music playing on the speakers, and the friendly staff. The staff is definitely My favorite part of coming here . Everyone is so kind and helpful. A few of the staff members know me by name and even have my go-to drink order memorized. Shoutout to Debbie! (( Who, by the way, has very cool hair ))

Pj’s is an awesome environment with great management by Jen and John Whitehead with many great friendly baristas who care about their job such as Annie Hahn, Aidan Compton, and Caden Harris. They all will make sure your experience is the best it can be. Oh and they have great delivery service for whenever you need some pregame snacks!

PJ’s was delicious! Glad they have opened. I stopped in for a coffee and got my daughter a hot chocolate. It was a perfect hot drink on a cold day. We got a couple beignets, and wish we would have bought more! We’ll be back very soon!

Hot beignets are fantastic!!! A little less powdered sugar for me, please. They are as good as those in New Orleans!!! Coffee was good but a little pricey basically same as a bucks. Clean bright inside dining area & they have a drive thru. Staff is very friendly. Enjoyed my many visits.

If you haven’t tried PJ’s Coffee yet, you need to pay them a visit. They have excellent seasonal flavor options along with unique offerings in a cute, laidback setting. They are also great for breakfast catering. Highly recommend!
