No ice in a cold brew? (No it didn’t melt) And one pickle on a Cuban sandwich? Photo shows one bite taken from sandwich, otherwise completely untouched. Not bad, just pretty sad. I won’t be back.

I got off the interstate specifically to go here. I got to the window and sat there and no one said anything to me. I asked if they were open and still got nothing so I pulled up to the front window and there was no one there. I could see the employees car parked out there, but no employee. By the time I gave up, I had cost myself 12 minutes including the driving time off the interstate and back to the interstate. When I tried to stop at Starbucks they were so packed I couldn’t even get any coffee before my 12 hour shift. Being ignored this morning at PJs, really tanked my entire day.

Great service! The staff was friendly, and gave my dogs a “pup cup” (whipped cream in a cute cup). The food is super tasty and all their lattes are amazing!!

Loved this little shop. Went here the morning i was leaving IP after a bad experince at the fushion cafe inside. Definitely was a pick me up. I got an everything bagel and a coldbrew coffee with cookie butter and almond milk and my mim got a cinnamon roll, bonus points that my fav color is purple and theyre color is purple

I had placed an order on their app thinking it would be faster, I was completely wrong. As I pull into the drive thru, I let them know the name for my order and was told it would be ready as I pull to the window. When I finally get to the window, I am ignored once again, and see the batista start making a hot drink for what I’m assuming the person behind me. When she finished making the drink, she just left it there and asked what I ordered. When she saw my order she said she didn’t make it because she was out of ice?

I have stopped quite a few time to get a blueberry muffin and hot chocolate. Each time after being disappointed, I said I would try them one more time. Today was the last time. The blueberry muffin is basically just a plain muffin with a couple blueberries sitting at the bottom. It has been this way every time. The hot chocolate tastes like straight hot water with no flavor whatsoever. It is a total waste of money.

I used to go here all the time and get the same thing. I would get an extra large iced latte with mocha and vanilla well this time that I went I ordered a large instead of an extra large. Well, I got to the window and told her that I ordered a large instead of an extra large and she said it’s OK. I can remake it I said, can you just put it in a large cup and just make more to finish it. And she said yes, absolutely. But she didn’t. She just went and got more ice added it to the extra large cup and poured the large into the extra large. How do I know this? Because she didn’t even go to where you make the coffee because I’ve literally watch them make my drink before. Thanks for charging me extra and me leaving a tip just for you to give me a cup of ice with a little bit of coffee.

Very good service! They were very nice. I got an iced King cake latte and they asked me if I wanted a slice of King Cake. I couldn’t say no because I ❤️ King Cake! It didn’t take long at all for me to get my drink.
