Every once in a while i like to eat mediocre pizza to remind myself what makes pizza mediocre. This is the place to do that. Better than sizzle pie but not worth 5 bucks a slice to have to wear a bib to keep the grease off you.

Hi, I wanted to share this pizza story I received from the Pizzacato at Sylvan. I ordered approx. 6:30ish and got a medium Hawaiian. It was to take approx. 35mins. I arrived at approx. 7pm. I made my mistake first by not asking to look at the pizza before paying. If I did I would of refused it. My pizza wasn’t even WARM??? I only order from pizzacato, whether on Sylvan or in Beav. by the Target/ Subway shopping center. The Beav. Pizzacato is much nicer & caring & does pizza right. I usually go there, but live closer to Sylvan. When I mentioned the pizza was cold he said it was on the oven. Maybe 50ft from the oven. I am a senior on a fixed income. I had given a $3.00 tip. What a mistake. They NEVER OFFERED to make it right or discount it. What happened to making the customer happy?? They just dissed me & the issue. I will never go there again. I’ve ordered before at the Beav. Pizzacato & got it piping hot. Ran errands & brought the pizza home after an hour. That is when the pizza felt like this one tonite. To ppl out there & order Togo, check first so you will get what you want. I couldn’t eat after this. Lost my appetite. I’ve never given a bad review before. Hope not to again.

I live very close to this pizzicato. Everything about this pizza is mediocre. After ordering from pizzicato around 10 times I would say that if you want cheese on your pizza you need to order extra cheese. Don’t get me wrong. There is a tiny amount of cheese. Enough that you could claim there was cheese on the pizza but not enough that you would enjoy a pizza with mozzarella cheese on it. That’s all. Mediocre overpriced pizza but pizza that doesn’t offend the palate. Have fun with this so-so pizza.

I’m sad to be writing this because I’ve been a customer for 10 years. Usually everything is perfect. Tonight my boyfriend ordered me a pizza very specifically to be delivered, and even added a tip for the driver. After being a half hour late I called and they said they were really busy and had mistakenly marked as a pick up order. It was not a pick up order. Instead of making the pizza fresh they just delivered me the cold pizza that had been sitting there for probably the last 50 minutes. The guy then proceeded to argue with me saying it was for pick up. He definitely told them delivery when they called. Its fine if you are busy, but make it right if you mess something up. You should have brought me a fresh pizza. We have been loyal customers for too long to not be treated nicely. We tip very well every time. Sincerely, Disappointed.

Pretty much my favorite pizza place ever!!! They have an amazing rewards program and the staff is always super friendly. I placed an online order and didn’t realize they closed at 8. Come 815 they gave me a call, postponed closing because of me! I felt awful but how awesome and great of customer service is that?

Maannnnnnn It was amazing Pizza I’m from NY so find a gem like this while ota town !!!! Service was Great the Young man brought the pizza out to us in the Jeep w/plates! The shop is very small no dining area bt we opened up the back and ate right there soooooo cheesesy !! No picture ha we definitely enjoyed the moment.
