Best Pizza spot in LA period. You can sit at the counter or a table. If it’s your first time pick the counter and watch the chef make your pizza. It’s an art, stretching the dough, rounding it, drizzling extra virgin olive oil, topping it with fresh ingredients, and off to the brick oven behind him. When you get your pizza it’s still hot and steamy, and the explosion of flavors just burst in your mouth.

Great pizzas! Our group of 4 ordered 4 pizzas, the caesar salad, and the daily special burrata with peaches. This is my favorite style of pizza where the crust is slightly crisp on the outside, but soft and chewy on the inside. It’s thin, but not rail thin like cardboard. I love the simple, yet quality ingredients and all the flavors meld so well together.

The pizza is delicious with legit Italian pizza crust and flavor. Members of my family are Italian and I was recently spoiled by the cooking of an Italian pizza chef daily during a previous trip. The Tiramisu is also on par. Very clean, fast professional service, glass fully viewable kitchen with bar top or table setting available. Busy location with pay to use street parking and parking lots nearby.

Very interesting spot – small, clean and sterile, the star is one beautiful black-ish pizza over on display for everyone to see it. They specialize on Tokyo Neapolitan pizzas, which according to my S/O has less sauce, a little more salt/olive oil on the crust, and has a ever slightly denser dough when compared to tradicional Neapolitan. But, let me tell you — it’s fantastic! It goes straight to my top 3 pizza spots in LA at the moment.

The pizza is delicious. Pie comes out quick just like it s supposed to. Very authentic Italian style pizza. The dough is very tasty, soft (not cripsy) as it is in napoly, it has a little char taste from the oven, perfect. The tomato sauce is delicious, light, watery, and sweet. I got the margherita special with mozzarella di bufala. I ve had much better mozzarella, I think they can do better. Also tried the tiramisu. It was good, not great, I like tiramisu on the more moiste side, with the ladyfingers completely dipped in coffee, not just a tad.

Not the best I’ve ever had but certainly great for LA. I’m from the east coast so I know a New York style pizza when I taste one. This is close for sure. I’ll be back to try another style pizza from them for sure. I definitely still recommend you come in and try for yourself !

You come here for one thing: a really good neapolitan style pizza straight out of the wood fired oven. This very tiny, no frills restaurant doesn’t have an impressive ambiance or ample amount of seating but if pizza is your love language, this place is a must.

Love this place. Bismark and Special Margherita pizza were delicious. The dough is what makes this place stand out from other Neopolitan pizza in the LA area. Reminds me of Marumo pizza in Tokyo. Definitely going back here
