Food is pretty good for a pizza shop but I stopped going because the prices are outrageous! I mean they are significantly higher the Conrad’s which is a full on restaurant and a good one at that. Not sure how they can charge $4 more for a club sandwich and their dinner plates are almost $20! For that money I want a waiter/waitress, a bar, multiple tvs and atmosphere.

Now THIS is PIZZA! If you’re looking for classic Italian pizza, nice sauce to cheese ratio and PERFECT dough.. this is your spot! Just moved to the area from RI and haven’t had luck finding any good pizza in/near Mansfield, went here for my son and I’m so glad we did! We’ll be back for his party too!

I hate to do this to our family’s “go-to” delivery spot. Previous reviews have been solid 4 and 5 stars. Everything was great! We haven’t ordered in a while, but we ordered twice this week from Grande. The first time was two salads with chicken and a calzone, which came to about $60+. Prices seemed pretty steep for what we ordered, but ok “inflation.” Problem was that they never washed the mushrooms they cut on the salads, so the lettuce and chicken was covered in dirt. We called, and they replaced the salads but couldn’t eat together since the calzone would’ve gotten cold. I let that slide and don’t voice my concerns since I said our family had been going to Grande for 15+ years and enjoy it thoroughly. Fast forward to tonight. We ordered a tossed salad and a chicken figure dinner. Total came to $35 and some change. Still steep, but ok. Order came missing Peta bread and utensils and the sweet and sour dipping sauce for the chicken tenders. Kids were disappointed they had to eat their chicken without any sauce, and I was very disappointed in the quality of food and service. Pizzeria Grande…. You’ve got us paying even more and giving us even less. We won’t be ordering from here in a while.

Friendly owner and staff. Best steak and cheese in town. They actually blend the cheese into the meat not just toss dry steak on one slice of cheese in a hoagie like most other places do around here. Also if you like traditional style pizza, this is your place.

Amazing and kind staff! We were just taking a break here and getting something to drink, chatting with the owner about how we plan to walk to the Gilette Stadium. Without hesitation she made sure her delivery lady gave us a ride for half of the way. The lovely brazilian delivery lady was also super sweet and we had a great chat.

I ordered a small steak and cheese. And two 20 ounce sodas. the flavor of the steak was very salty seasoned taste. I did not like it Next bite i got a half inch piece of cartilage. Nausated by it, I threw the whole sub out. My bill came to 14.55. When i asked how much the small sub was he only then informed me they do not have small size, only one large size. That should of been my decision to continue with my purchase when i asked for a small & it was not an option. Sorry no photos.

DISREGARD ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS. I’ve been going to Grande for over 20 years and have NEVER found a better pizza spot. I’ve travelled all over the world and can with 100% certainty say that Grande has THE best cheese pizza on the planet. Stuck-up patrons will find a way to negatively review anything. This place deserves no negativity.

It’s too bad that I had to score this solo cuz the pizza is actually tasty. But who in that right mind makes a shrimp scampi pizza and leaves the shell on the shrimp? That is the most asinine thing I have ever seen. Whomever owns this restaurant needs to look at their recipes again shrimp skin being left on and then putting it on a pizza? I’ve never seen anything like that.

My husband and I used to be huge pizzeria grande fans until this weekend. At 610pm I placed an online food order. I received an email saying it would be delivered around 7pm. At 715 I called to find out status of my food and after being put on hold for 5 minutes, yes I was irritated at this point, I was told they were very busy and it would be here soon. I said if it’s not here in the next 5 minutes they can cancel my order. The food arrived and the driver apologized and I tipped him and was just glad my food was here after working a 12 hour shift. I open the steak and cheese sub and the bread was all soggy. The sub was inedible. I called back to talk to a manager; once I said I wanted a refund the manager hung up on me before I even got to finish my sentence. I got in my car and drove to the store. I put the sub on the counter and asked if it looked edible. The cook, who I assume is the manager because he was the one “handling the situation”, said to calm down and asked the front desk kid to show him the sub. He said he’d make me another one. I said after waiting an hour and a half and being hung up on I didn’t want another sub I wanted my money back. He started telling me it’s been a busy night not in a friendly voice. I said I didn’t care I just want my money back. He mumbled something about this is why he doesn’t have women in his kitchen. They said since I didn’t have my slip they couldn’t refund me and I said I’m not going home to get it they can look me up since I just paid by credit card. The manager said I told you we’re busy tonight. He said I’d see the refund tomorrow. I said to the guy we were very loyal customers and always recommended their food and asked if it would have been too much trouble to ever think about apologizing and trying to make the situation right instead of continuing to say how busy they were and telling me to call down. After this situation I can say I will never order from them again. They aren’t worth out business, no matter how good the food is.

Order from here regularly. Food is always good, when it’s what you actually order….there’s someone who works in the kitchen that simply doesn’t read the tickets. I always order a salad with chicken salad and they always put grilled chicken on it. The tickets always read correctly what I wanted, but the kitchen doesn’t make it correctly. Today I ordered a meatball calzone and they gave me a pepperoni. I’ve called and complained, I’ve emailed and complained and other than ‘sorry what do you want us to do about it.’ Is really the only answer they give me. It’s a shame no one cares….like I said food is really good, but don’t trust it’s always what you order…
