I placed a large order which included 2 cheese steaks. The cheesesteaks I received looked like dog food on a roll. The menu stated thinly sliced steak. It in fact was not. It was a chopped up mess. When I called the store to speak to someone I spoke to 3 people before actually speaking to a manager. One person before the manager offered to refund my money which I accepted. I even offered to bring the steaks back as they were not edible. The manager went into a long song and dance about in 8 years no one has complained. I can’t see how since I was clearly given a chopped up hamburger on a baked roll not a cheesesteak. The manager very rude and hung up on me twice and would not refund my money. How do you treat a customer like this. Even if I’m from out of town this is not a cheesesteak. $25 down the drain.Think twice about ordering from here.

By far the worst Italian food I have ever consumed in my life. I bought my entire cheer program down to Florida to compete at Cheer Nationals and we searched on Google Italian food the person picked up the phone was very personable and asked where we were from and we stated nj we have some of the best Italian food in the US so we ordered $285 worth of food mostly chicken parm dinner and Italian subs when I tell you it was the worst meals we have ever ate this place chef needs to go for training in Jersey please DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE WORST FOOD IN AMERICA

Visiting from Charlotte with family. Placed a carry out order here as the menu was provided at my vacation rental. Called and spoke with Rosa who was very sweet and funny. She recommended the cheese bread which was easily my favorite item ordered. The veggie pizza was also pretty good. Wasn’t in love with the one topping pizza because I love a lot of cheese and sauce on my pizza, but it wasn’t bad. The chocolate cake is also very good. Happy that I did not read these reviews because I probably would not have ordered here.

We had a large order with 9 people plus appetizers! They were not only fast but our order was correct and was delicious! The garlic knots are MASSIVE (see picture)! 8 of us got subs/grinders and they were all delicious and were huge! 1 of us got pizza and it was good as well. The staff was pleasant and the experience was great. If we’re ever back in Orlando we are definitely ordering from here!

Rosa & Isaiah were phenomenal! Coming from NJ, Rosa provided us with all the “good options” & we tried them all. We have eaten in other places that are very robotic and not customer friendly. Isaiah followed up with quick service, hot food, utensils etc.. overall an amazing experience from a “fast food” perspective. They made us feel at home. Rosa!!! Blessings to you! Since they don’t sell pizza by the slice, I had the lasagna instead. After a lengthy wait, finally got the order and to my surprise, it was a very soupy version of lasagna. The sauce was terrible. Lasagna was soaked in a bitter tomato sauce(either from aluminum can or if made fresh, they don’t know, they need to cut the ph with a dash of sugar)— For sure one of the worst sauces I’ve had in Florida. I can’t believe, they don’t know baked lasagna is not a soup. Perhaps this place is just for basic pizza only, because when it comes to basic cooking, obviously, it is not.

We came to Florida for a weekend away from Jersey. We were looking for a pizza place to get some pies. We found Pizzano’s was just a few minutes from where we were staying. When we got there to pick up our pizza we were met by an extremely friendly worker, her name is Rosa, and an extremely well-mannered staff. The pizza is really good and the prices are amazing. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area that is looking for delicious pizza!

Great experience and price ordering pizza carry out for dinner after a long day at the parks. Ready in 20-25 mins. Rosa was so sweet at the counter. She gave us everything we needed and then some! Plates, napkins, cheese and pepper packets, marinara sauce. She just kept offering. Great service!
