Since Pizzana’s Los Angeles debut in April 2017, the restaurant from partners Candace & Charles Nelson has garnered critical and national acclaim for Master Pizzaiolo Daniele Uditi’s inspired take on the Naples staple. In addition to Michelin Bib Gourmand accolades, Pizzana was recently recognized as one of the top pizzerias in the world by international guide, 50 Top Pizza. Uditi also appears as a lead judge on Hulu’s Best in Dough pizza competition series.
Our signature slow dough is crafted in the Neapolitan tradition then fermented and proofed for two days. We use stone ground flour and San Marzano tomatoes that are grown exclusively for Pizzana in the Naples countryside. Our mozzarella, or fior di latte, is shipped fresh from Italy.

We had a great time here!! I used to eat here all the time when I lived in LA! The Dallas location is just as good if not better than the Brentwood one. Alec was our server and he was great—super friendly and knew a lot about the menu. Nicole was also a great hostess-very welcoming! 10/10 recommend. Will be back!

Very tasty pizza, rich in flavor and options to pick from. Same when appetizers. We went Saturday night with a reservation and got seated within seconds. Very trendy ambiance sand friendly staff. Fast service too, pizza came within minutes. Definitely coming back to try more things.

Overall, a wow experience! Me and my husband went here for a date night and they had been open almost four months. We were surprise they weren’t busier for a weekend night! Once people start finding out about this place, it’s going to be a different story and will need a reservation way ahead of time! We ordered the Broccolini for appetizer; the whipped ricotta made it unique but very tasty. We ordered both the Cacio E Pepe and Neo Margherita pizzas per our server’s recommendations and both were amazing! The Cacio E Pepe is their #1 pizza and we would definitely get again. We would likely get another pizza instead of the Neo Margherita next time since the menu is stacked! Service was good; could tell it is a newer restaurant in a few small ways. Definitely would recommend to others!

We had an amazing experience. Their pizza was amazing. Everyone was nice here. Store was pretty neat and clean. Fresh ingredients, and our order got ready in a short amount of time. I highly recommend you go to this place when you want to eat something that will make you full and satisfied after you eat your slice. They also have a great variety of options of pizzas of which you can order that vary from vegetarian to meaty toppings. Its crust is thin too and it’s good though incase you don’t want to eat to much but want to have a satisfying meal that will leave you feeling good that rest of the day. We received such a great service. Would will definitely come back. Thank you.

This small, modern space on Knox produces some extremely high quality pizzas and salads. The crust is crisp and light, and toppings are extremely fresh and flavorful. The combinations are inventive and delicious. The atmosphere feels something like an upscale quick serve restaurant—simple, small and tightly packed, but it’s well-designed. Service was a little inconsistent, and staff didn’t always seem to have answers on hand, but they did their best to help. It’s a great option for a casual meal in the area.

First visit here and was not disappointed. The appetizers were unique, and a delight…pizza was beyond perfection. The crust was a stand-alone taste and texture dance with the highest quality representing the toppings. Flavor was multidimensional with slightly sweet and savory. The popularity of this establishment was evident, and we had reservations to ease into a late dinner. I hope you venture out into this Italian culinary feast!
