This was our first time visiting this restaurant. Our waitress was so very friendly. I would easily go back just for the customer service. The food was also very good. We enjoyed the pizza cust and the bread on our sub. The crust and sub roll were soft and buttery. Delicious. As far as thr atmosphere, I give it 3 Stars. Definite, updates are needed. They restaurant is rather dated and old.

Great Pizza ! Very Impressed 1st time. Old School family atmosphere where kids are welcome with Very nice game room. Enjoyed the walk around while waiting on the chef. Of Course ordered the Super duper monster, and have to say it was great. Hand tossed Meatlovers is also over the top. Will be back soon…

My family and I have visited Pizza Village in Mount Olive since they first opened years ago. They still live in the area and I don’t. There is no other pizza on this planet that I want, and I have been known to drive 4 hours one-way from near Charlotte to get it. The food other than pizza is also top-notch, and the family friendly atmosphere inside makes it all the better!

The people were extremely friendly and pleasant and I didn’t hesitate to tip. When I opened my boxes to start eating was another matter entirely. Extremely basic/average/meh sub sandwich with soggy average fries. Fries would be okay if they were fresh and crisper, not in the same box as the sandwich. And my 25 dollar pizza….little in the way of flavor and very low quality. I’ve enjoyed frozen Wal-Mart pizzas and gas station pizzas more than this pie. I like the vibe this place gives but they need to heavily revamp their pizza recipe, unless I just got unlucky with a brand new untrained chef that day. (Sprinkle a little cheese on top of the ingredients on the pizza instead of just having a bunch of ingredients on top of the cheese, so that those ingredients aren’t just falling off the pizza slice as I try to hold it. And definitely use more butter and some form of seasoning for the dough, sauce, and cheese so there’s actual flavor to speak of.)

Pizza Village was very good and they had every pizza you could imagine. They would also make your favorite for the buffet to share. They had a salad bar as well. Staff was friendly and attentive. Definitely will stop in again if in the area.
