Wow, I’m blown away by how great this place is. The service is friendly and efficient. The pizza was phenomenal!!! I haven’t had a buffalo chicken pizza since before going plant-based in 2017, and I had resigned myself to never having one again… but Pizza Twist made me a vegan version! It was hot, fresh and made with a lot of love. The crust is particularly notable, it’s better than the crusts from every other pizza place I’ve been to so far. Well worth the price and I’ll definitely be coming back here whenever I’m in the area.

My favorite kinds of places are the ones that creatively blend flavors from multiple cultures into something different. This place does that and it was fantastic. I’m very eager to try some of the other pizza creations. Gotta give this place a try whether or not you like curry. The crust was so good. They also have traditional pizza if you’ve got bland taste buds. This place really is an easy “go to” for anyone. Top Notch Customer Service. 5 star for customer service

dishonest establishment- ordered over the phone vegan pizza and vegan breadsticks. To get me to purchase a more expensive pizza, I was told they only have 14 inch and 16 inch pizzas. (A lie they have 10, 12, 14, and 16). I arrived to pick up my vegan items (note my husband has a dairy allergy). The worker only shared that he wasn’t able to put vegan on breadsticks because they ran out of vegan cheese. He said he’d give us thr regular cheese breadsticks and we’d still get the pizza we ordered. We asked if the pizza he offered us had the vegan cheese we ordered since he said breadsticks didn’t have them. He said no. This man was about to have us purchase a pizza we didn’t order without regard to his customers dietary needs. This establishment does not care about its customers needs and chooses making a profit over honest business. Don’t go here, go to the concord location instead.

Pizza Twist is our new pizza spot. We were BLOWN AWAY by the quality and flavor of the pizzas. We tried two vegetarian pizzas and did not miss the meat. The sauces were amazing – very different from traditional pizza sauces and the crust was perfect. I only regret not trying this place sooner. I’m not sure if the guy I spoke to last night was the owner, but he was patient and helped me decide which pizzas to order. I wish the business owner much success.

Didn’t eat here because online and the in store menu the offer pasta, upon arrival they said they don’t serve pasta seemed like a decent establishment but they did not have any customers at the time. They told us they play bingo on Saturdays there

Unfortunately google doesn’t allow me to do a zero star. Absolutely terrible customer experience. The person who took the order over phone was so rude. As per him, people who call in to make orders are a waste of his time. Does not even bother to listen. People like him is why customers stop ordering from these places.

We ordered paneer tikka masala pizza, Buffalo spicy wings, masala fries, fanta , Bengali sweets. Pizza was good which had garlic flavour too which I liked the most. Toppings were tempting and looked good. Buffalo spicy wings were my favourite, not that spicy but tender and juicy. It’s on the savoury side which I liked the most coz I don’t even like honey sweet. Masala fries were too good, on the honey sweet side but not too sweet. Having fanta in US is like heaven. Bengali sweets were amazing(pink and yellow ones) Place is good . Not too fancy ambiance.

I appreciate a business being open on Christmas, but if you can’t handle the influx of orders then it really doesn’t do much good. Misleading people about wait times doesn’t help. I was told it would be 20 extra minutes after I arrived at 6pm. At 7pm, I went to check on it and it still wasn’t even in the oven. This is 80 minutes after ordering, an hour after it was supposed to be ready, and forty minutes after what my new time was told. I requested to have it cancelled and was told it wouldn’t be refunded for 7 days. Like I said I sympathize with the workers being away from their families on Christmas Day, but I just spent an hour away from mine and am going home empty handed.
