First time dining in! Visited on a Friday around noon with my two young kiddos. They had booster seats and a few seating options. The atmosphere was fun with plenty to look at. They were out of coloring pages so the girls and I played I Spy while we waited. I order the cider float, which came highly recommended and was absolutely amazing (will definitely order again next fall). We got two lunch specials, the cheesy breadsticks and 10 inch 2 topping pizza with chicken and breadsticks. It was all very tasty and worth the cost. The service was good but I’d return 100% for the food.

We normally love Pizza Transit and I hate writing this review. Our latest pizza was delivered incorrect. We also got an incorrect dipping sauce. Called in to discuss the errors and the pizza was remade. Instead of waiting for another 45 minutes for a correct pizza to be delivered, we decided to pick it up. Inspect the pizza again before leaving and again it was made incorrectly. Again the pizza is remade. However the entire time the cook was screaming and yelling about having to remake the pizza. The pizza that had been made incorrectly. Twice. It was shouted that we should not be allowed to order pizza how we like it. Or we should not be allowed to order from Pizza Transit again. This is unacceptable and embarrassing that this was in a dining room full of people. No one should be subjected to being berated by a cook in the kitchen when mistakes were made in the kitchen. I know that no one cares when a customer says they will not be back, but we will never be ordering from Pizza Transit again. We will drive to South Bend and get Mancinos.

Always have someone who has an attitude when placing order. Often fin that thy won’t serve you, and it’s never a good reason. Love he food and wish that was fixed .

I’ve ordered delivery twice while I’m at work and the guy is kinda rude and both times I have literally watched him tip the box on its side a few feet away before approaching me to give me the pizza. I open the box and most of the toppings have slid to one side of the pizza making a huge mess inside the box. He did this the first time I ordered but I got a calzone so it wasn’t ruined. Really need someone who wants to be doing the job and isn’t going out of there way to be unfriendly and trying to purposely ruin people’s food.

Very good pizza and always friendly on the phone but the past two orders disappointed. Prior order: added pepperoni that wasn’t ordered. Tonight’s order: Ordered two pizzas each with double cheese, double sauce. Neither pizza had double the ingredients yet we were charged for it plus one pizza was luke warm, but kudos, the other one was nice and hot.
