I absolutely love Pizza Time! I am a long time customer, I mean at least 14 years or more! I called tonight to take advantage of the Monday special on a whim for my spouse and daughter to pick up on the way home to be told that I was not allowed to pay over the phone for a pick up order! WHAT?!?!? Why would a restaurant stop you from prepaying for an order?? What does the restaurant lose???? If the person doesn’t pick up the item its STILL PAID FOR!!!!! Please fix this issue because it makes absolutely no sense!!!

Good for price pizza. Very big. Cheese fries on the small side so order 2 if you have a few people to feed but fries are reasonably priced compared to other places

I had a delivery and my bill was $23.40 and when it cleared my bank, a total of $94.01 had been taken out. I went to the restaurant to talk to the manager, who wasn’t in. Left my name and phone number. Still have yet to hear from them. Not holding my breath.

Your delivery driver claimed my soda “busted”, and it was damaged before I ever got it in my hands. She also claimed it would be replaced and with one hour of nothing, I call and was told the money would be refunded. Never was. I wouldn’t recommend , unless you have the time to go in person and can carry everything safely on your own. Also, terrible service on part on the staff that tried to explain a refund process they never handled correctly in the first place. Why should someone be paying for something they never got?

Extremely good pizza, Very Tasty. I drove 173 miles from Pa to Dover Delaware to try this, and it was 100% worth it. Tasty cheese , crispy crust and flavorful sauce. It says New York style pizza on the menu, buuuut I think it’s better then New York style. Is Delaware the new state to go to for Pizza ? I would say take the trip and find out for yourself.

I love me some pizza time, it’s the thin crust for me, and the fries & shrimp is good! They do take long to deliver, but I understand they have other people to tend to, and the guy who brings the food is so pleasant, I aways try to tip him well….
