If i could i would give them 0 stars everything started off perfect until the delivery driver gave my order to someone else then i call them and they told me that they couldnt give me a refund but they could send out another order then the order takes 45 mins for the new order to get here then like a minute after him getting there the driver leaves with our order leaving us to drive to go pick up our order which was originally supposed to be a delivery only for us to FINALLY get our food and it be COMPLETELY WRONG AND COLD! Let alone the delivery driver getting mad at me like what ! So yeah 0 stars.

Ordered a simple Philly chesesteak…no cheese, onions, peppers, mushrooms…nothing – but lettuce (?!). Not seasoned, soggy, the worst. Basically grilled beef on a soggy bun. They even put lettuce on it that was cooked on the grill…! The guy at the counter didn’t know the items on the menu, and couldn’t tell me what a California Philly was… on top of that the place is dirty, the employees questionable, and one of the delivery drivers cut me off leaving the parking lot. Avoid at all cost…never again.

This was the best pizza until it wasn’t. Just ordered tonight giving them one last chance because I loved this pizza so much and wow it was soggy, tasteless, and tampered with. Management must have changed this place is now like the rest of them in berks terrible. Better off getting little Caesar’s. Ordered theee different times before I posted this review.
