A no frills pizza place, but who cares when the pizza is so so good. The crust is perfect crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. It tastes like it was made with love. Toppings are top notch and the kicker, pizza is sold by the slice $5 each and it includes a drink. The pieces are large. I am adding this place to my favorites.

Let me state this without being overly critical… This pizza is bomb delicious and we are going again. Fresh ingredients (you can tell). The bottom crust is toasted, lightly charred, perfectly cooked. It marries well with the top; another thin layer of ingredients. Not too much, not too little. Hats off to the guys in there. Working hard to bring Waldo a very good pizzeria. Can get hot in the kitchen, but that’s a sign of success. Did we mention we will get it again? 10/10 New York style with a touch of New Haven. Did we mention delicious?

The newest restaurant in Waldo Pizza Tascio , has opened their doors in the old classic cookie space on Gregory , just west of Wornall. If you like your pizza big and floppy then this place is for you! The princess and I split a 3 meat pizza and had plenty leftover for lunch the next day. Easy to find with fast and friendly service. Parking is limited. I’m sure we will return.

We had our son’s two year old birthday party at the Waldo location and they were all so accommodating! The pizza is great and the owner made sure we had plenty of beer and wine ahead of time for all of our family. We love our new neighborhood pizza joint!

Terrific NY style slices right here in Waldo! 2 slice special with a soda for $10 – you just can’t go wrong. This crust is perfection. Great service too. They JUST opened and are doing things right! We will be regulars.

I will not be going to or ordering from Pizza Tascio again. I had heard it was good. I put in an order online from Waldo Pizza Tascio one Sunday. The online order was done at 4:00pm for pickup at 5:55 for two pizzas. I received two confirmations, one by text, one by email. I arrived at Pizza Tascio a little before 5:55pm only to be told they had no record of my order. They had no pizza for me. I showed them my text confirmation whereupon one of the salespeople launched into a big excuse about how their system and phones and etc.etc. had been down. They then said they’d make my pizzas immediately and I stood there waiting another 20+ minutes to receive my pizza order. The manager apologized and said he’d refund my money the next day. He has not. I did take the pizza home to my family. I thought the dough on the regular one was soggy and the deep dish was like thick bread with cheese on it. We were disappointed and thought it very average. Maybe others have had better experiences, but me and my family will not be going back. I’m still waiting for my refund.
