We’ve ordered delivery off and on for years. The last 6 months every single time we order the lady on the phone is not very nice. Always. Never fails. I worked fast food years, personally. I know we all have bad days. This lady, and I live maybe a 10 minute drive, if that, for the delivery guy, it’s a 4 lane drive, so it’s not slow driving. This lady is always well I don’t know if we can take it, we’ve got one delivery guy, it’ll be 3 or 4 hours. She always, without fail, acts like she doesn’t want to take our order, always, and what we order, plus the delivery fee, plus the tip, is NOT cheap. I, personally, do not think it’s even worth the prices. Placed an order one day she said that, was less than 30 minutes, they were here. Up the delivery people’s pay, then maybe you’ll be able to keep delivery people, I wouldn’t be willing to work for what you pay them either. Take the lady up front, answering the phones, who is always, with out fail, rude, put her in the back. Put one of the girls whose been there a while, who’s most definitely nicer, on the phone taking orders. I called one day to place an order, after being a regular, for months on delivery, she acted like she didn’t know where we were, me explaining, I’m in simple, easy to find place, I was telling her they’ve been here several times, she’s like would you like to talk to the delivery guy, I talked to him, immediately he knew where I was, he’s been here before. I’m like that’s what I said. She, whoever she is, is rude and does not need to be on the phone talking to customers. I understand, we all have bad days, I understand that sometimes they might not be able to take all orders, but I also know there is a right way and a wrong way to deal with we customers. Especially regular customers, who are spending quite a bit of money, that have never returned the rudeness back. I’ve called to order food for delivery, around 5 or 6 o’clock, and she still is rude and doesn’t want to take want to take my order. It’s her attitude, and just the way she speaks to customers in general.

Always looked forward to their baked spaghetti. I would tell everyone it was the best. Went there Sunday July 31 2022 and bought 2 for myself and husband. Took it home and it was god aweful. Hardly any sauce dried out. Very upset and disappointed won’t order again from them

The food here is Amazing. The restaurant is clean and they deliver. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only cons that I can think of is they are a little expensive compared to similar restaurants and the wait and delivery times are sometimes more than an hour long. Overall though a very good place to it that I would recommend.

Pizza stop !!!! Was my favorite place to stop at to eat when I was in town. Went there and was excited to eat pizza stop. It tasted dry, hardly any sauce, the cheese was not melty.the pizza overall was not the same taste or texture it was a year ago. The taste was different, won’t be coming back!!!

Great prices; fantastic food! Pizza Stop is by far the best pizza place in Martin County. All who’ve had the good fortune of sampling the Pizza Stop menu hold it in high regard. Out-of-state requests for menu items are common because there’s really not a pizza establishment that comes close to the quality, tasty, and priced accordingly. I highly recommend giving them a try!

They treat their workers poorly!! Even when they are doing their job perfectly, they still get yelled at for supposedly not doing their job! It’s not fair because there are some workers there that aren’t doing as much as others, yet the ones that ARE doing their job get told that they need to do more, or that they aren’t doing their job. It’s also really biased against certain people just based on their family!! So, if upper management doesn’t like their family then they get treated poorly even though it’s has nothing to do with them or their work. It’s needs to change. The workers that are getting treated this bad are so worn down and tried of it. They don’t want to try and fix it because of the fear they will lose their job. Especially in these times with the pandemic, jobs are very hard to come by. It’s not fair, and it needs to stop.

When they tell me forty minutes the pizza would be ready and when i went to pick it up. They told me it would be another 30 minutes. What the heck.. so it was almost two hours before i got our pizza’s. You have rude workers that forgot to fix the pizza when i placed my order. I will go to papa John’s or pizza mart the next time i order pizza.
