Can’t get an order right at all! Do not order through the app they cant read the tickets! I ordered 10 bone in wings and was given boneless that look awful.(update they were old and sitting there a long time) absolute garbage. They will also charge you for a frivolous thing and forget you paid for extra of other things you don’t receive. Becarful and check your items!

The pizza crust was burnt. The toppings were good. They have no booths available for seating in the lunch area. There is no lunch pricing. We specifically asked if there are any specials or discounts at lunch and the answer was no. We did not receive any lunch discount other than the discount we were given after pointing out that the pizza crust was burnt.

I don’t ever leave reviews but I loved it here!! Our server was a sweet girl named Zellie (I hope I spelled that right) We were definitely needy and she went out of her way to make us happy. We had a great conversation with her too. The food was delicious as well. Fresh, hot, and despite how busy they were it came out very fast. Great food. Amazing service.

I wouldn’t know if the food tasted good because I cannot get anyone to answer the phones to order take out. Tried to order online as instructed by the pre recorded prompt when they do not answer the phone. Wanted to use a coupon from the mail fryer but there are no coupon codes on the coupon to be able to claim it.

The Pizza Shack was an excellent choice for dinner Friday night .. my son and I shared a large pizza with the traditional mild pepperoni, crumbled sausage, and mushrooms with my wife getting a personal White Pizza with extra cheese .. we also ordered Beer Cheese ‘n Bread for a starter and it was FANTASTIC!! Our server, Sydney, was great and there was a very good singer entertaining the diners .. will definitely be back again soon.
